Andrade has been suspended 30-days by WWE for a wellness violation. It's unclear what substance the current United States Champion tested for. Andrade was reportedly informed of his violation and suspension on Monday morning.
Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet first reported the news.
Andrade successfully defended his United States Title against Humberto Carrillo on the WWE Royal Rumble Kick-Off show. A rematch was booked for Monday's WWE Raw. The match ended in a disqualification when Zelina Vega interfered on behalf of Andrade. After the match, Carrillo laid out Andrade with a hammerlock DDT on the exposed concrete floor.
The spot was designed to write-off Andrade from television for the next 30 days as he serves his suspension.
