The Young Bucks got paid.
On August 2, AEW announced that Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson), and Hangman Page had re-signed with the promotion.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Barry Bloom, the agent for the group and many other stars in wrestling, told the Young Bucks that their guarantee is the highest of any tag team in wrestling history. This reportedly includes the contracts of Scott Hall & Kevin Nash in WCW.
The Young Bucks and Omega helped found AEW and are co-executive vice presidents of the promotion.
Bloom previously discussed how he negotiated the contracts of Hall & Nash, and the clause he got them that ensured WCW would have to salary match Hall & Nash if new talent was signed for more. You can find his comments by clicking here.
