Lesnar last appeared at WrestleMania 36, losing the WWE Title to Drew McIntyre.

WWE pulled Lesnar's merchandise from its shop in the past 24 hours, but he remains on the Raw roster page of the website.

Lesnar returned to WWE in 2012 after a successful UFC career and has worked a limited schedule each year since. He has teased a return to the UFC, and even fought Mark Hunt at UFC 200 as part of a newly signed WWE deal at the time, over the years, but has always re-signed with WWE when his contract has expired in the past.

With Lesnar away, his advocate Paul Heyman is now paired with Roman Reigns on-screen. Reigns won the WWE Universal Title at Payback, defeating Braun Strowman and 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt in a triple threat match.
