Hulk Hogan's ex-wife is accusing him of withholding assets.
In 2007, Hulk Hogan and his then wife Linda ended their marriage via divorce and according to Daily Mail Hogan's ex-wife is claiming that Hogan has been withholding revenue from Hogan's businesses which she is entitled to forty percent.
Documents filed by Hogan's ex-wife say she is entitled to her percentage of the earnings of four businesses in Florida but she believes he has not been reporting all revenue as it funnels through one company called CMSA Entities. If Hogan is found to be not complying with agreement between he and his ex-wife he would be found in contempt of court.
All of this follows the last several months where rumors of Hogan's return to WWE have been circulating. While WWE and Hogan have denied he would be coming back as on-screen talent, WWE did release a statement that they might be interested in Hogan filling a backstage role where he warns talent about his mistakes in the past.
Hogan has not been seen in WWE since a sex-tape was leaked that revealed a racial tirade by Hogan.
