It looks like Kairi Sane's time with WWE is coming to an end.
According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, Kairi's final date on her WWE contract is today, July 20. WWE is set to tape two episodes of Raw on Monday with one airing tonight and the other airing next Monday, July 27.
Sane is reportedly finishing her WWE run on good terms. She has made the decision to return to Japan to be with her husband.
Fightful Select reported on July 1 that as of May, there were plans for her to return to Japan and serve as an ambassador for WWE in Japan, but there has been no update on those plans. Alex McCarthy of TalkSPORT reported Sane leaving WWE was "not set in stone" and WWE was reportedly intent on taking care of her.
Sane has been off television since May 26 when she suffered an injury in a match against Nia Jax. She returned on July 6 to help Asuka against Sasha Banks & Bayley before taking on Banks in singles competition. Sane recently noted that she would like to face Asuka and Asuka obliged.
Fightful will have live coverage of WWE Raw beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
