Kenny Omega reportedly had some trouble in his most recent trip to Japan.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Omega, an executive vice president for AEW, was stopped going into the country for his return to DDT. The situation was eventually resolved and Omega allowed to go to the country.
However, the crazy part of the story is that this isn't the first nor the second time this has happened to Omega ever since he left New Japan Pro Wrestling back in January. In addition, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that something happened where there was an attempt to get Omega banned from going to Japan for ten years and that Omega is very bitter about NJPW.
Despite this, NJPW will have AEW World Champion Chris Jericho competing at Wrestle Kingdom 14 in January 2020 when he takes on Hiroshi Tanahashi.
Omega got to compete at the DDT Ultimate Party 2019 on November 3, teaming up with Riho to defeat Antonio Honda & Miyu Yamashita. Full results of that show can be seen at this link.
In other Omega-related news, he will face Moxley in a Lights Out Match at the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view on November 9. Fightful will have live coverage of Full Gear.
