With the WWE draft looming, the WWE is looking to stock up on talent. The company appears to have their foot on the gas pedal, reportedly signing several names.
Kota Ibushi shocked many when he left New Japan Pro Wrestling after returning from his neck injury. According to the PWTorch, his gamble has paid off, as the outlet is reporting that he has signed an 'NXT-level deal.' Ibushi has turned heads during the WWE Cruiserweight Classic, including a match with Cedric Alexander that gained rave reviews at last week's tapings.
PWTorch also says that Gran Metalik, who performed as Mascara Dorada in Mexico has also agreed to a contract. The report mentions that Zack Sabre Jr., Lince Dorado, Akira Tozawa, Cedric Alexander and Jack Gallagher are all on the company's radar, as well. Fightful.com has been told that Cedric Alexander is also a virtual lock to sign with the company.
