Diamond Dallas Page is not backstage at RAW to make an on-screen appearance, at least on the USA Network.
It had been reported by PWInsider over the weekend that WWE Hall Of Famer, Diamond Dallas Page would be backstage for tonight's RAW in Phoenix, Arizona. At the time, DDP's role had not been confirmed and there was speculation on what the former WWE European Champion would be doing on the show.
PWInsider has followed up with another update, noting that DPP is indeed backstage at RAW and is not scheduled to appear on the show, but plans could change. The former 3-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion is backstage to film interview content for a number of WWE-related projects including: a planned 'Randy "Macho Man" Savage Unreleased Matches' project.
The report also notes that DDP arrived around the time when WWE 'Main Event' was being taped and the results for that will be included in tomorrow morning's Fight Size Update.
