**ORIGINAL**
The luchador has signed on for another three years.
Along with AJ Styles announcing today that he has signed a new deal with WWE, PWInsider is reporting that former NXT Tag Team Champion Sin Cara has inked a new three-year deal with the sports-entertainment company. It is noted within the report that the new deal between Sin Cara and WWE was put together several weeks ago and that Sin Cara was working under an extension from his previous contract.
Sin Cara underwent knee surgery in August of 2018 to repair scar tissue that hindered the performance of his joint. The 41-year old Sin Cara last wrestled at a house show on August 5th and prior to that, he was involved in a feud with Andrade on SmackDown Live that ended with a match on the Extreme Rules kickoff show.
While mentioning Extreme Rules, the Wells Fargo Center Twitter page announced that Extreme Rules will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this year which makes it two years in a row that the event will emanate from Pennsylvania.
