She had been with WWE since January 2020 and worked closely with Triple H, who is the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy and Development. She previously worked in Banks & Specialty Finance with Goldman Sachs.

WWE has made many changes to its talent strategy and development program in 2022.

In January, the promotion released William Regal, who was Director of Talent Development and Head of Global Recruiting. Other scouts and coaches such as Samoa Joe and Road Dogg were also released.

WWE put out the following statement at the time of the releases:

"With the continued evolution of NXT 2.0, we've decided to part ways with some of the staff based in our Performance Center. We thank them for their many contributions throughout the years and wish them the best."

In September 2021, WWE announced Triple H underwent a successful procedure following a cardiac event. He had not returned to NXT as of December according to Shawn Michaels.
