As first reported by Fightful, WWE's next show in Saudi Arabia will be on May 3

WWE signed a 10-year partnership in 2018 with the Saudi General Sports Authority to bring annual WWE events to Saudi Arabia in support of Saudi Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia's social and economic reform program.

WWE received heavy criticism from the mainstream media and fans for choosing to return in November for Crown Jewel after it was reported that the Saudi government was involved in the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Despite criticism, WWE moved forward with the event as scheduled. References to Saudi Arabia prior to the event were removed from WWE's website and no mention of the location was made on television.
