On November 3, John Pollock of POST Wrestling reported Zoey Stark was out of action with a legitimate injury.
An angle was shot on Tuesday's NXT that showed Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacey Jayne) attacking Stark backstage. Stark was clutching at her left knee in the segment.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Stark is set to undergo knee surgery soon. It is unknown how long she will be out of action.
Stark competed in the Scareway To Hell Ladder Match at NXT Halloween Havoc where she and Io Shirai lost their NXT Women's Tag Team Titles to Toxic Attraction in a triple threat bout that also featured Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta.
