2006

El Phantasmo Returns At NJPW Road To Tokyo Dome Event, Announces He's Cleared To Compete

- Kurt Angle – Suspended for 30 days in June or July 2006. Left for TNA Wrestling.

- Rene Dupree – Suspended for 30 days in June 2006

- Ryback – Suspended for 30 days in July 2006

- Rob Van Dam – Suspended for 30 days in July 2006. Pulled over with marijuana and vicodin in his car.

- Sabu – Fined $1,000 in July 2016 after being pulled over with marijuana and vicodin in his car.

- Kid Kash – Suspended for 30 days in July 2006

- Randy Orton – Suspended for 30 days in August 2006

- Balls Mahoney – Suspended for 30 days in September 2006

- Konnor – Suspended for 30 days in September 2006

- Luke Gallows – Suspended for 30 days in October 2006

2007

- Chris Kay – Suspended for 30 days in early 2007

- Test – Suspended for 30 days in February 2007

- Rene Dupree – Suspended for 60 days in February 2007

- Booker T – Suspended for 30 days in 2007

- Chris Kay – Suspended for 60 days in April 2007

- Jeff Hardy – Suspended for 30 days in July 2007

- Umaga – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. Somas.

- William Regal – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. Stanozolol, somatropin, genotropin, and anastrozole.

- Chris Masters – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal.

- Snitsky – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007.

- Chavo Guerrero – Suspended for 60 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. His first suspension was not disclosed.

- Booker T – Suspended for 60 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal.

- Charlie Haas – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal.

- Edge – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal.

- Funaki – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. Somas.

- Gregory Shane Helms – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. HGH, testosterone, nandrolone.

- John Morrison – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. Omatropin, anastrozole, testosterone, stanozolol and HCG.

- Mr. Kennedy – Suspended for 30 days on August 30, 2007. Signature Pharmacy scandal. Anastrozole, somatropin and testosterone.

- Chris Masters – Suspended for 60 days on November 2, 2007. Released the following week.

- DH Smith – Suspended for 30 days on November 2, 2007

- Derrick Neikirk – Suspended for 30 days on January 15, 2008

- Chet Jablonski – Suspended for 30 days on January 15, 2008

- Jeff Hardy – Suspended for 60 days on March 11, 2008

- Manu – Suspended for 30 days on March 20, 2008

- William Regal – Suspended for 60 days on May 20, 2008

- Jimmy Wang Yang – Suspended for 30 days on June 9, 2008

- Dolph Ziggler – Suspended for 30 days on October 10, 2008

2009

- Umaga – Released on June 8, 2009 for refusing rehab

- Rey Mysterio – Suspended for 30 days on September, 2009. Claims he was taking a prescription for his knee and arm

2010

- Carlito – Contract terminated on May 21, 2010 for refusing rehab after Wellness Policy violation.

2011

- Andy Leavine – Suspended for 30 days in August 2011

- Sin Cara (Luis Alvirde) – Suspended for 30 days on July 18, 2011

- Mike Chioda – Suspended for 30 days on August 15, 2011

- Darren Young – Suspended for 30 days on October 5, 2011

- Heath Slater – Suspended for 30 days on October 17, 2011

- Evan Bourne – Suspended for 30 days on November 1, 2011. Stated it was for Serenity Now synthetic marijuana.

- R-Truth – Suspended for 30 days on November 22, 2011

2012

- Evan Bourne – Suspended for 60 days on January 17, 2012. Stated it was for Serenity Now synthetic marijuana.

- Rey Mysterio – Suspended for 60 days on April 26, 2012

- Randy Orton – Suspended for 60 days on May 30, 2012

2013

- Adam Rose – Suspended for 30 days in spring 2013

- Ricardo Rodriguez – Suspended for 30 days on July 2, 2013

2015

- Hornswoggle – Suspended for 30 days on September 26, 2015. Says he didn't provide a urine sample.

- Billy Gunn- Released as a WWE Performance Center coach for testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone at powerlifting meet.

2016

- Adam Rose – Suspended for 60 days on April 16, 2016

- Konnor – Suspended for 60 days on April 16, 2016

- Roman Reigns – Suspended for 30 days on June 21, 2016

- Alberto Del Rio – Suspended for 30 days on August 17, 2016

- Paige – Suspended for 30 days on August 17, 2016

- Eva Marie – Suspended for 30 days on August 18, 2016

- Paige – Suspended for 60 days on October 10, 2016

2019

- Primo Colon – Suspended for 30 days in December 2019, claimed it's because he didn't show up for a test.

- Bobby Roode – Suspended for 30 days in December 2019

2020

- Andrade - Suspended for 30 days on January 27, 2020 while United States Champion

- Samoa Joe - Suspended for 30 days on February 24, 2020

2022

- "Two Dimes" Cole Karter - Released by WWE for a "policy issue"
