Cody w/Brandi Rhodes vs. Sammy Guevara
The match begins with Guevara getting Cody in a headlock, Cody gets free and Guevara trips him up before Cody exits the ring. Cody gets back in the ring and Guevara nearly nails him with a super kick, Cody nails Guevara with an elbow strike before eating a stop kick followed by a rolling moonsault. Guevara slows things down by wrenching away on the arm of Cody, Cody gets Guevara down with a headlock. Guevara gets free and Cody drops him with a shoulder tackle, Guevara slaps Cody and Cody nails him with a right afterwards. Cody nails a charging Guevara with a power slam for a one count, Cody keeps Guevara down while applying a figure four leg lock. Guevara eventually gets to the ropes to break the submission from Cody, Cody also focuses his attack on the arm of Guevara. Cody corners Guevara before the two exchange some chops, Cody ends the exchange by nailing Guevara with a delayed front suplex. Guevara recovers and he nails Cody with a hook kick to the face, Cody gets up and he nails Guevara with a springboard cutter for a near fall.
Guevara fights back and he nails Cody with a rope assisted enzaguri, Guevara then nails Cody with his own cutter for a near fall. Guevara nails a cornered Cody with a shoulder ram and enzagiri, Cody recovers and he knocks Guevara to the arena floor. Cody goes for a dive and Guevara forces Brandi into the line of fire, Guevara rams Cody into the ring post as the doctor checks on Brandi. Guevara gets Cody back in the ring before going to the top rope, Guevara misses a moonsault and still manages to land a standing shooting star press for a near fall. Cody recovers and he knocks Guevara into the ropes, Brandi nails Guevara with her shoe and then Cody lands a disaster kick for a near fall. Cody grabs Guevara and he places him on the top rope before going up there himself, Cody nails Guevara with a super reverse suplex for another near fall. Cody goes for another hold and Guevara gets free to eat an elbow strike, Cody goes to the top rope and Guevara meets him up there to land a one man Spanish fly for a near fall. Guevara goes back to the top rope and Cody gets his knees up during the shooting star press attempt, Cody catches Guevara in a small package for a three count.
Winner: Cody w/Brandi Rhodes
After the match, Tony Schiavone interviews Cody and they embrace first, Sammy Guevara interrupts and he shakes the hand of Cody. Chris Jericho attacks Cody from out of nowhere, Jericho nails Cody with a clothesline and a code breaker. Jericho continues the beat down by nailing Cody with the AEW World Championship belt, Jericho finds a steel chair and he attacks Cody with it as well. Jericho also throws Cody through the time keepers table before power bombing him onto a pair of chairs, Jericho grabs a microphone and he tells everybody that he is the champion of AEW.
- MJF grabs a microphone before the next match, MJF calls the fans poor before proclaiming himself the fastest rising star in the history of pro wrestling. MJF says a star will be born tonight, MJF says Cutler should be sitting in the crowd instead of wrestling because he is a loser.
Brandon Cutler vs. MJF
The match begins with MJF backing Cutler into the corner before tripping him up, MJF then nails Cutler with a right. Cutler fights back and he slaps MJF in the face, Cutler then hits MJF with a slingshot sunset flip for a near fall. Cutler sets up for another move and MJF rakes his eyes, MJF goes to the ring apron and he drapes him arm first along the top rope. MJF then rams Cutler shoulder first into the ring post, MJF follows that up by stomping away on the shoulder of Cutler. MJF also decides to slam Cutler on top of his injured shoulder, MJF also attacks the shoulder of Cutler with strikes. Cutler sends MJF out of the ring before taking him out with a suicide dive, Cutler gets MJF back in the ring before injuring his knee after falling off the top rope. MJF cracks Cutler with a right before applying the Salt Of The Earth for a tap out.
Winner: MJF
- Chris Van Vliet interviews Kevin Smith & Jason Mewes, Smith says that AEW World Champion Chris Jericho plays a bad guy in the Jay & Silent Bob Reboot movie. Jack Evans & Angelico interrupt to mock Smith and Mewes, Mewes mocks them for not being able to win a match in AEW. The Private Party come out to join Mewes and Smith.
- A video airs of SCU touring Washington DC, Scorpio Sky says that Washington DC is the worst town he has ever been in. Tony Schiavone interviews SCU in the arena, Sky announces that Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian will represent SCU in the upcoming AEW Tag Team Title Tournament. The Lucha Brothers interrupt to say that they are the best team in the universe, a brawl quickly breaks out between both teams.
- Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks are shown backstage, while Chris Jericho, Santana & Ortiz are shown game planning backstage.
Hangman Page vs. Pac
The match begins with Pac kicking Page in the head, Page and Pac have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Pac ends the exchange by attacking Page with a series of kicks, Page recovers and drops Pac with a spinning clothesline. Page follows that up by cornering Pac and landing more strikes, Pac rolls out of the ring and Page follows him out there. Page grabs Pac and throws him into the barricade a few times, Pac fights back and he gets Page in the ring. Page responds by attacking Pac with a suicide dive, Page gets Pac back in the ring and he nails him with a falaway slam followed by a shooting star press for a near fall. Pac fights back and he nails Page in the back of the head, Pac then knocks Page to the arena floor and he follows him out there. Pac goes to the ring apron before taking out Page with a springboard moonsault, Pac gets Page back in the ring and he nails him with a springboard 450 splash for a near fall. Pac keeps Page down while stomping away on him, Pac goes to the top rope and Page rolls to the other side of the ring.
Pac instead chooses to nail a cornered Page with a running drop kick, Pac goes to the top rope and Pac grabs his ankle. Page then clobbers Pac with a super kick before going up to the top rope with him, Page nails Pac with a super fall away slam. Page then hits a corners Pac with a drop kick followed by a TKO for a near fall, Pac recovers and he drops Page face first on the top turnbuckle. Pac follows that up by throwing Page shoulder first into the ring post, Pac follows Page out of the ring before throwing him into the barricade. Pac gets Page back in the ring and he goes to the top rope, Pac nails Page with a missile drop kick. Pac follows that up by simply choking Page on the middle rope, Pac ends the choking before kicking Page right in the head. Page fights back and he nails Pac with strikes followed by a spine buster, Page sets up for the Dead Eye and Pac escapes to get to the ring apron. Pac goes for a springboard move and Page counters with a right, Page then hits Pac with a pop up power bomb for a near fall.
Pac rolls out of the ring and Page nails nails him with a top rope moonsault, Page gets Pac back in the ring before missing a Buckshot Lariat. Pac distracts the ref before nailing Page with a low blow, Pac then hits Page with a Black Arrow before applying the Brutalizer as Page submits.
Winner: Pac

AEW Women’s World Championship
Nyla Rose vs. Riho
The match begins with Riho sending a charging Rose into the corner before attacking her with strikes, Riho then attacks Rose with multiple drop kicks. Riho then takes Rose down with a head scissors takedown, Rose recovers and drops Riho with a shoulder tackle. Rose then nails Riho with a splash for a near fall, Riho gets up first and she stomps away on Rose. Riho looks for a double knee drop and Rose quickly drops her, Rose then chokes Riho on the middle rope. Rose follows up by kicking Riho in the back before applying an STF, Riho eventually gets to the ropes to break the submission hold. Rose looks for a suplex and Riho escapes to land a back elbow strike, Riho continues fighting back against Rose and they exchange some strikes. Riho knocks Rose out of the ring after landing multiple running knee strikes, Riho goes to the top rope and she leaps off to only be caught by Rose. Rose then nails Riho with a back breaker on the arena floor, Rose grabs a chair and the ref takes it away from her. Riho gets up and Rose ends her into the barricade a few times, Rose finds multiple chairs and she piles them up on the arena floor.
Rose places Riho in the chairs before going to the ring apron, Rose goes for a swanton bomb and Riho gets out of the way. Riho then hits Rose with a double stomp from the ring apron, Riho gets Rose in the ring before landing a top rope double stomp for a near fall. Riho holds Rose down while applying a cross face to her, Rose eventually gets free and she drapes Riho on the top rope. Rose goes to the top rope herself and she nails Riho with a knee strike for a near fall, Rose keeps Riho down and reapplies the STF. Rose releases the hold and she sets up for a power bomb, Riho tries escaping and Rose falls on top of her. Riho fights back again and Rose drops her with a right, Riho fights back again and Rose kicks her in the face. Rose goes for a power bomb and Riho counters with a roll up for a near fall, Rose gets up and she nails Riho with a clothesline followed by a death valley driver for a near fall. Rose goes to the top rope and Riho gets up to meet her up there, Riho attacks Rose with a plethora of strikes. Riho gets Rose down with a super northern lights suplex for a near fall, Riho then hits Rose with a double knee strike. Riho hits Rose with a second running double knee strike for a three count.
Winner: Riho, your first ever AEW Women’s World Champion
After the match, Nyla Rose attacks Riho and interviewer Michael Nakazawa, Rose then hits Nakazawa with a sit out power bomb. Rose goes after Riho and Kenny Omega makes the save.
The Elite (Kenny Omega, Nick Jackson & Matt Jackson) vs. Chris Jericho, Santana & Ortiz
The match begins with Jericho immediately tagging in to go face to face with Omega, Jericho then tags Santana back into the match. Omega quickly attacks Santana with some forearm strikes, Omega also attacks Santana with some strikes. Omega follows up with a basement drop kick and kitaro crusher on Santana, Ortiz interferes and Omega knocks him out of the ring. Jericho interferes and The Young Bucks attack everybody with super kicks, Matt tags in and he lands a drop kick before Nick takes out people with a dive. Jon Moxley hits the ring and he attacks Omega, Moxley knocks Omega to the arena floor and into the crowd. Omega and Moxley have a brawl in the crowd, Jericho gets control for his team by attacking Matt on the inside of the ring. Omega grabs a mop and he attacks Moxley with it, Moxley and Omega brawl into the VIP area. Moxley nails Omega with a double underhook DDT through a glass table as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Ortiz attacking Matt with strikes. Santana tags in and he works over Matt before tagging Ortiz back in, Matt knocks Santana out of the ring before nailing Ortiz with a spear.
Santana prevents Matt from tagging Nick, Santana and Ortiz nail Matt with a plethora of double team holds for a near fall. Jericho tags in and Matt gets his knees up on a Lionsault attempt, Ortiz tags in and he prevents Matt from tagging Nick in. Matt fights back and he nails Ortiz with a stunner, Santana tags in and Matt nails him with multiple northern lights suplexes. Ortiz interferes and Matt nails him and Santana with a double northern lights suplex, Nick tags in and he cleans house against the opposing team. Nick also nails Santana with a dive on the arena floor, Nick gets Santana back in the ring before tagging Matt in. The Bucks go for the Meltzer Driver and Jericho nails Nick with a code breaker, Santana and Ortiz double team Matt before Jericho nails him with a Judas Effect for a three count.
Winners: Chris Jericho, Santana & Ortiz
After the match, Cody hits the ring and he attacks Chris Jericho, Santana & Ortiz. Sammy Guevara comes out to low blow Cody, Dustin Rhodes comes out and he helps Cody until Jake Hager hits the ring to attack him. Hager also goes after The Bucks and Cody, Santana and Ortiz set up a table inside of the ring so Hager can power bomb Dustin through it. Jericho ends the beat down by nailing Cody with a Judas Effect, Jericho and company pose in the middle of the ring to start the show.
