WWE Files To Trademark 'RKO'

- The show starts off with highlights from last weeks confrontation between Seth Rollins and The Fiend.

- WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring, Rollins says he has seen and done a lot in the WWE over the last seven years. Rollins talks about being confronted by The Fiend last week on Raw, Rollins says he’ll be defending the WWE Universal Title against The Fiend at WWE Hell In A Cell. Rollins says he will survive and prevail against The Fiend, Braun Strowman interrupts and makes his way to the ring. Strowman says that Rollins needs to talk to him to his face, Strowman says he cost them the Raw Tag Team Titles at WWE Clash Of The Champions. Rollins gets angry and says he may want to fight Strowman tonight, Strowman says Rollins will “get these hands” tonight.

The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) vs. The OC (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows) w/AJ Styles

The match begins with Anderson cracking Erik with a few strikes, Erik trips up Anderson before scoring a takedown on him. Ivar tags in and he double teams Anderson with Erik, Ivar then drops Anderson with a short arm shoulder tackle. Erik tags in and he slams Ivar onto a downed Anderson, Erik keeps Anderson down while wrenching away on his arm. Gallows tags in and he cracks a cornered Erik with a few strikes, Gallows follows up by hitting Erik with a back suplex for a near fall. Gallows also nails a downed Erik with multiple elbow drops, Erik fights back and he tags Ivar into the match. Ivar drops Gallows with a side slam before landing a cross body splash, Styles interferes and the distraction allows Gallows to knock Ivar to the arena floor with a head kick. The referee sends Styles to the locker room and Cedric Alexander attacks him a short time later as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see The OC working over a cornered Ivar. Anderson keeps Ivar cornered while landing forearm strikes, Gallows tags in and he nails Ivar with more strikes.

Gallows also nails Ivar with a bunch of headbutts, Ivar fights back and he nails a charging Gallows with a seated senton. Erik and Anderson get tagged in by their respective partners, Erik quickly cleans house against the opposing team. Erik drops Anderson before nailing him with a knee strike, Ivar tags in and he double teams Anderson with Erik for a near fall. Erik tags back in and Gallows knocks Ivar to the arena floor, Anderson nails a distracted Erik with a spine buster for a near fall. Gallows tags in and he works with Anderson to hit Erik with a Boot Of Doom for a near fall, Anderson tags back in and The OC goes for a Magic Killer until Erik breaks it up. Ivar tags in and he knocks Gallows out of the ring, The Viking Raiders hit Anderson with The Viking Experience for a three count.

Winners: The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar)

- Charly Caruso interviews Robert Roode, who says that he’ll win tonight’s Fatal 5 Way Elimination Match because he has already beat Seth Rollins multiple times.

- Michael Cole has a sitdown interview with Becky Lynch, Lynch says the Raw Women’s Division was left in ruins before she saved in after ‘Mania 35. Lynch says that Sasha Banks lost the only other women’s Hell In A Cell Match in WWE history, Lynch says she cannot wait to have Banks in the cell. Lynch says Banks was trying to end her with the chair shots, Lynch says Banks has one more chance at WWE Hell In A Cell.

Rusev vs. EC3

The match begins with EC3 jumping Rusev as the bell sounds and he nails him with a few strikes, EC3 backs Rusev into the corner after landing some chops. Rusev catches a leaping EC3 to land a uranage, Rusev then nails EC3 with a few head and arm suplexes. Rusev follows that up by nailing EC3 with a Machka Kick, Rusev applies the Accolade to EC3 and a tap out follows.

Winner: Rusev

- Rey Mysterio is backstage and he talks about nearly retiring a few weeks back, Mysterio thanks his son for not retiring. Mysterio says tonight’s match is dedicated to his son Dominic.

Sasha Banks w/Bayley vs. Nikki Cross w/Alexa Bliss

The match begins with Banks going in the ropes to hide from Cross, Banks backs Cross into the corner while landing a few strikes. Cross gets angry and she nails Banks with strikes of her own, Cross corners Banks before landing a monkey flip and drop kick. Banks exits the ring to take a break from Cross, Banks gets back in the ring and she drops Cross with a hair pull. Banks mounts Cross and she attacks her with a plethora of strikes, Cross recovers to take Banks down with an arm drag and she controls her arm afterwards. Banks gets free and Cross gets her down again, Cross catches Banks in a roll up before wrenching away on her arm. Banks gets free and Cross nails her with a cross body block for a near fall, Banks rolls out of the ring and Cross jumps on her back. Banks falls backwards and she crushes Cross on the arena floor as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Banks holding Cross in a straight jacket hold. Cross gets free and she rolls her up for a near fall, Banks recovers to trap Cross in the ropes. Cross fights back and she eats a knee strike. Banks then lands a double knee strike on Cross for a near fall.

Banks locks Cross in a submission hold and she releases it a short time later, Cross fights back and she nails Banks with a few clotheslines. Cross then nails a cornered Banks with an avalanche and bulldog for a near fall, Banks traps the leg of Cross in the ropes before doing some damage to it. Banks then hits Cross with another double knee strike for another near fall, Banks focuses her attack on the injured leg of Cross. Cross fights back again and she propels Banks into the corner, Banks rolls out of the ring and Cross nails her with a drop kick. Cross then leaps off of the ring apron and onto Banks, Cross gets Banks in the ring before landing a rope assisted neck breaker. Cross gets back in the ring to land another neck breaker for a near fall, Banks recovers and she nails Cross with a basement drop kick for a near fall. Banks uses another basement drop kick to knock Cross out of the ring, Cross traps a sliding Banks in the ring skirt before landing forearm strikes. Cross gets Banks back in the ring before going for a tornado DDT, Banks slams Cross to get free. Cross recovers and nails Banks with a spinning neck breaker, Bayley tries interfering and Bliss takes care of her.

Cross goes to the top rope and she attacks banks with a high cross body, Banks rolls through and applies the Bank Statement to force a tap out.

Winner: Sasha Banks

After the match, Sasha Banks attacks Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss.

- The OC is shown backstage and AJ Styles says that everybody needs to learn that they are not in his league.

- The Street Profits are backstage and they recap what has happened on tonight’s Raw, plus they talk about what is to come. The Miz arrives and he announces the birth of his second child, Miz also announces that a Miz TV will happen next week on raw with Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair as guests.

- Highlights are shown of Brock Lesnar challenging Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship last week on Smackdown Live.

Lacey Evans vs. Ember Moon

The match begins with Evans throwing a napkin at Moon, Moon responds by nailing Evans with a drop kick. Moon then gets Evans in a headlock, Evans gets free and Moon takes her down with an arm drag. Moon then hits Evans with a springboard cross body block for a near fall, Evans fights back in and she drops Moon before landing a slingshot drop kick that knocks Moon to the arena floor. Evans gets Moon back in the ring and she gets her in a cobra clutch afterwards, Evans gets Moon down again before landing knee drops to the arm. Evans then corners Moon before stomping away on her, Evans also nails Moon with a bronco buster for a near fall. Evans reapplies the cobra clutch to the downed Moon, Moon gets free and she nails Evans with a Samoan drop. Moon then nails Evans with a clothesline and a series of kicks, Evans uses a leg sweep on Moon after eating a right. Moon avoids a sliding Evans to land a stunner on the arena floor for a near fall, Moon goes to the top rope and Evans recovers to knock her off with a Woman’s Right. Evans applies a sharp shooter and a tap out follows.

Winner: Lacey Evans

- Natalya is interviewed backstage, Natalya says that Lacey Evans hasn’t mastered the sharp shooter yet.

- The Firefly Funhouse is up next and Bray Wyatt is shown hanging a photo less frame on the wall, a pig puppet is shown trying to eat a Seth Rollins action figure. Wyatt says the rabbit and the pig should be friends, the pig and the rabbit say they are fans of Rollins. Wyatt says loving something too much makes a person weak, Wyatt says he knows what its like to be abandoned by others. Wyatt suggests that The Fiend may be trying to protect Rollins, Wyatt the rips the action figure a half.

- R-Truth and Carmella run into the ring as a bunch of wrestlers follow a short time later, Carmella gets a microphone and she begs everyone to stop chasing them. R-Truth says they will get out of this mess and Carmella says she is exhausted from everything, Carmella rolls up R-Truth for a three count to win the WWE 24/7 Championship. A bunch of women wrestlers come out and they chase R-Truth and Carmella out of the arena. 

- Sasha Banks and Bayley are shown backstage celebrating Banks win earlier tonight, Banks and Bayley also talk about what Becky Lynch said earlier tonight. Banks says she’ll be the only woman standing at WWE Hell In A Cell.

- Sami Zayn is shown giving Shinsuke Nakamura a pep talk backstage. 

King Corbin vs. Chad Gable

The match begins with Corbin grabbing the microphone and making “short” jokes about Gable, the bell rings and Gable pops Corbin with a right. Corbin corners Gable and Gable gets free to land more strikes, Corbin recovers and he knocks Gable out of the ring. Gable gets in the ring and he gets dropped by a back elbow strike from Corbin, Corbin then locks Gable in a modified chin lock. Corbin releases the hold before dropping Gable with a hard Irish whip into the corner, Corbin then chokes Gable on the middle rope. Gable gets free and he nails Corbin with a drop kick to the knee, Gable also nails Corbin with a rolling neck breaker and Corbin rolls out of the ring. Corbin drags Gable out of the ring before smashing him face first into the ring steps, Corbinalso throws Gable into the crowd as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Gable nailing Corbin with a few strikes before eating a forearm strike for a near fall, Corbin holds Gable down while landing a bunch of elbow strikes. Corbin reapplies the modified chin lock to a downed Gable, Corbin drops Gable with another hard Irish whip for a near fall.

Gable fights back and he takes Corbin down with a springboard cross body block, Gable nails Corbin with a few strikes before eating a boot to the face. Corbin then nails a cornered Gable with a few avalanches, Corbin goes for a clothesline and Gable nails him with multiple rolling kicks. Gable goes to the top rope and Corbin crotches him, Corbin then slams Gable for a near fall on a pin attempt. Corbin goes for a choke slam and Gable rolls him up for a near fall, Corbin then hits Gable with a choke slam for a near fall. Gable sends a leaping Corbin into the top rope before landing a release German suplex, Gable then hits Corbin with a moonsault for a near fall. Corbin sets up for another choke slam and Gable gets free to apply an ankle lock, Corbin grabs the royal scepter and he attacks Gable with it.

Winner: Chad Gable, by DQ

After the match, King Corbin continues attacking Chad Gable with the scepter. 

- The AOP appear backstage and they attack members of the roster while saying that nobidy will fight them.

Rey Mysterio vs. Robert Roode vs. AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura w/Sami Zayn vs. Ricochet

The match begins with Roode exiting the ring as everybody else brawls, Ricochet and Mysterio clear the ring before Mysterio rolls him up for a near fall. Ricochet and Mysterio take people out with dives as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Ricochet knocking Nakamura out of the ring with a series of kicks. Ricochet goes for a dive and Styles drops him with a clothesline on the arena floor, Roode nails Mysterio with a knee strike before throwing him out of the ring and onto Ricochet. Styles throws Ricochet in the ring so Roode can work him over, Styles and Roode decide to double team Ricochet. Styles ends that with a pele kick against Roode for a near fall, Nakamura drops Styles on the ring apron before landing a knee strike. Nakamura then hits Ricochet with a front suplex followed by knee strikes, Nakamura traps Ricochet in the corner while landing more knee strikes. Nakamura places Ricochet on the top rope before landing a running knee strike, Mysterio returns and he drops Nakamura with a springboard seated senton. Ricochet blocks a Mysterio tornado DDT to land a suplex for a near fall, Styles then attacks Ricochet with a forearm strike.

Ricochet recovers and he nails Styles with a rolling drop kick, Roode attacks Ricochet and Ricochet eventually kicks him in the face. Ricochet then hits Roode with a springboard clothesline, Ricochet hits Roode with a Recoil. Nakamura then hits Ricochet with a knee strike for a three count (Eliminated: Ricochet) as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Nakamura kicking Mysterio in the head before following him up to the top rope. Styles also joins them on the top rope, Roode returns as well and he takes everybody down with a tower of doom. Roode pins everybody to get multiple near falls, Roode knocks both Styles and Mysterio out of the ring. Roode keeps Nakamura in the ring to attack him with a bunch of strikes, Nakamura recovers and he kicks Roode in the back. Nakamura then nails Roode with a middle rope knee strike for a near fall, Styles returns and he eats a spin kick from Nakamura. Nakamura nails Styles with a knee strike afterwards for a near fall, Styles avoids another knee strike and Nakamura still gets him out of the ring.

Mysterio returns and he quickly knocks Nakamura into the ropes to land a 619, Styles then attacks Mysterio and he suplexes him on the ring apron. Roode returns and he causes Styles to hit Nakamura with a Phenomenal Forearm for a three count (Eliminated: Shinsuke Nakamura), Roode quickly hits Styles with a Glorious DDT for a three count (Eliminated: AJ Styles). Roode goes out of the ring and he gets Mysterio back into it, Roode goes for a Glorious DDT and Mysterio rolls him up for a near fall. Mysterio sends Roode into the ropes before eating a spine buster for a near fall, Mysterio then hits Roode with an ezaguri. Roode blocks a seated senton and Mysterio blocks a Glorious DDT afterwards, Mysterio hits Roode with a 619 followed by a springboard splash for a three count (Eliminated: Robert Roode).

Winner: Rey Mysterio

- Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins, who congratulates Rey Mysterio and he calls it a dream match, Rollins says he isn’t thrilled about facing The Fiend in a few weeks and Braun Strowman tonight.

Seth Rollins vs. Braun Strowman

The match begins with Rollins attacking Strowman with some leg kicks, Strowman recovers and he drops Rollins with a right. Strowman follows that up with a few shoulder tackles on Rollins, Rollins avoids a charging Strowman before briefly getting him in a sleeper hold. Strowman gets free and he knocks Rollins out of the ring as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Strowman holding Rollins in a bear hug. Rollins gets free and he drops Strowman with a low drop kick, Rollins looks for a pedigree and Strowman counters with a back body drop. Rollins rolls out of the ring and Strowman follows him out there, Strowman catches a leaping Rollins to hit him with a headbutt. Strowman gets Rollins in the ring and he nails him with an avalanche, Rollins fights back and he sends Strowman into the ring post before landing a chop block. Rollins then smashes the leg of Strowman into the ring post a few times, Rollins then hits Strowman with a springboard knee strike and thrust kick for a near fall. Rollins jumps on the back of Strowman and Strowman quickly gets him off before eating a super kick, Rollins follows up with a blockbuster of Strowman for a near fall.

Rollins goes to the top rope and he nails Strowman with multiple frog splashes for a near fall, Rollins goes for a curb stomp and Strowman intercepts him. Rollins knocks Strowman out of the ring before attacking him with suicide dives, Strowman catches a diving Rollins to land a choke slam on the ring apron. Strowman then attacks Rollins with multiple shoulder tackles on the arena floor, Strowman also nails Rollins with a running power slam on the arena floor. Strowman gets Rollins back in the ring and he follows him in there, Strowman gets Rollins up when the lights go out. The Fiend appears when they come back on and he attacks Strowman with a mandible claw, The Fiend then comes face to face with Rollins before attacking Strowman again. 

Match Result: No Contest
