On July 6, 2024, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Collision on TNT from the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi.

The show was headlined by “Hangman” Adam Page making his AEW Collision return by facing “Switchblade” Jay White in the Semifinals of the 2024 Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tourney. The full results are listed below.

  • After Tony Schiavone & Nigel McGuiness welcomed the audience to the broadcast, MJF kicked off the show to explain his attack on Daniel Garcia. MJF called Garcia a "Make A Wish Kid" and said he attacked Garcia in retaliation against the crowd for turning against him for losing the AEW World Title. MJF then said he was the solution to AEW's problems and said Will Ospreay only focuses on the ratings from a guy named Meltzer while he focuses on the ratings from a guy named Nielsen. Ospreay's music sounded off, but this was a rouse from MJF and said he the fans would thank him later.
  • Lexy Nair interviewed The Conglomeration (Kyle O'Reilly, Orange Cassidy & ROH World Heavyweight Champion Mark Briscoe). O'Reilly said he was bummed after the events of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, but Briscoe provided motivational words for O'Reilly ahead of their match. When asked by Lexy Nair, he said he did not care.
  • The Conglomeration (Kyle O'Reilly, Orange Cassidy & ROH World Heavyweight Champion Mark Briscoe) def. The Iron Savages (Boulder, Bronson, & Jacked Jameson) via Pinfall (Orange Punch).
    • The Undisputed Era (Roderick Strong, Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) were on the broadcast team for the match.
  • TNT Champion Jack Perry cut a promo backstage, where he declared he wanted to allow anyone that wanted to sacrifice themselves for the title similarly to how he did when he was the first challenger for the TNT Title.
  • Lexy Nair interviewed "Hangman" Adam Page, where he said he was allowed back out of the convenience of The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) and declared that he was back to finally right a wrong that should have been corrected long ago, and that is by winning the AEW World Title at All In Wembley.
  • "Timeless" Toni Storm (w/ Mariah May & Luther) def. Trish Adora (w/ Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo) via Pinfall (Storm Zero).
  • There was a video package previewing the Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Finals bout between Mariah May and Willow Nightingale taking place on the 7/10 edition of AEW Dynamite.
  • The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, Nick Wayne, Killswitch & Mother Wayne) cut a promo backstage regarding the AEW Trios Division before Kip Sabian interrupted. Sabian reflected with them about his dad passing away, which led to Cage giving sympathy to Sabian. This was a trap, as titled to Killswitch attacking Sabian out of nowhere.
  • TNT Championship - Open Challenge: Jack Perry (c) vs. Marko Stunt via Pinfall (Busaiku Knee).
  • The House of Black's Kings of The Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody King) cut a promo backstage, where they stated they could not provide an update on Buddy Matthews's condition before stating that even though Christian Cage may act like he did not feel anything, they promised to make him feel everything.
  • Claudio Castagnoli def. The Beast Mortos via Pinfall (King Kong Lariat).
  • Lexy Nair interviewed Matt Menard backstage, where Menard stated that Daniel Garcia was in Buffalo recovering, though he briefly lost feeling on his left side after he was attacked by MJF on AEW Dynamite Beach Break. Menard then declared that when Garcia comes, MJF would not be getting dancing Garcia, but rather he would get Red Death.
  • There was a quick vignette of a person wearing neon lights. No specifics on who it was.
  • Serena Deeb cut a promo backstage, where she declared she was done for a rematch with Riho.
  • Riho def. Lady Frost (Leg STO).
  • Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty & Anthony Ogogo) and Top Flight (Action Andretti, Dante Martin & Darius Martin) had a segment agreeing to a match for next week's AEW Rampage.
  • There was a video package previewing the match between Chris Jericho and Samoa Joe that will take place on the 7/10 edition of AEW Dynamite.
  • Men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament - Semifinals Match: “Hangman” Adam Page def. AEW Unified Trios Champion “Switchblade” Jay White via Pinfall (Buckshot Lariat).
    • Jeff Jarrett tried to stop Page from using his belt to attack White, but he was kicked out by the referee. This led Christian Cage to hit a Spear on White, allowing Page to hit the Buckshot Lariat for the win. With his blood spilling on his face from the grueling bout, Page stared daggers at the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Trophy on the ramp victorious to end the broadcast.
