Live Coverage

- Maxwell Jacob Friedman is brought to the ring along with a parade of cheerleaders. He cuts a promo about defeating Will Ospreay. MJF then throws the International Championship in the trash and reveals the new AEW American Title. He calls the UK a third-world country, and he is eventually interrupted by Will Ospreay coming out to attack him. Max takes a powder, but Will informs him that they will fight for the International/American Title at Wembley Stadium. Will then takes the original Championship out of the trash.

- Bryce Remsburg is backstage and ready to flip the coin to decide the Blood & Guts advantage. However, Remsburg finds Christopher Daniels laid out backstage at the hands of The Elite. Matt Jackson flips the coin, and what a surprise! Elite will have the advantage tonight. The Elite wonders where Hangman Page currently is, but Matt Jackson assures them that Hangman will be by their side tonight.

*FTW Championship: Chris Jericho (c) def. Minoru Suzuki

- Suzuki pops up and hits Jericho with a cradle piledriver after the match. Bryan Keith comes out with Big Bill to attack Suzuki. Katsuyori Shibata returns and saves Suzuki from Jericho and The Learning Tree.

- Renee Paquette tries to interview Willow Nightingale, but Kris Statlander attacks her. Stokely Hathaway issues a challenge for Nightingale to defend her new CMLL championship against Statlander next week.

- Footage of Jeff Jarrett giving Bryan Danielson a pep talk backstage is shown.

* Britt Baker def. Hikaru Shida

- Post-match: Mercedes Mone appears. She officially turns down Baker's challenge for a match at Wembley Stadium. As Baker is distracted, Kamille returns to AEW, appearing behind Baker and laying her out with a Torture Rack. Mercedes and Kamille celebrate after.

- Patriarchy appears backstage. Christian Cage announced that Nick Wayne would compete in the Royal Rampage on Friday to determine who will receive the AEW World Title opportunity at Grand Slam. Wayne was preparing to cut a promo when he noticed Kip Sabian standing by and wondered why he was always around. Wayne revealed that he had heard that Sabian was also a member of the Royal Rampage and that he intended to eliminate him. Wayne informed him he doesn't care about Sabian's father's being dead; "be a man and suck it up."

* PAC def. Boulder

- Team AEW cut a promo ahead of tonight's main event. Swerve Strickland proclaimed himself the leader, which fired up Darby Allin, who said it was not about Strickland or any of them but about the heart of the company.

* Mariah May def. Kaitland Alexis

- Timeless Toni Storm appeared behind Mariah after the match and brawled with her briefly. She's still scarred from Mariah's attack on her. Storm says Mariah better be prepared to die at AEW All In, because she is.

- A Blood & Guts vignette plays.

* Blood & Guts Match: Team AEW (Swerve Strickland, Mark Briscoe, Darby Allin, Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) def. The Elite (Matthew Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Kazuchika Okada, Jack Perry & Hangman Page)

- Hangman Page initially did not come out when his music played. He waited for Swerve Strickland to come out, and he attacked him with a chair and handcuffed him to the cage, perfectly content to attack him without ever getting in the ring. Matt Jackson yelled at him, saying that Hangman would be fired if he didn't get in the ring. Eventually, Jeff Jarrett came down to help Swerve Strickland. Brandon Cutler tried to stop him, but he was stopped by Billy Gunn and smashed in the head with a guitar by Jeff Jarrett. Swerve eventually got in the ring, and there was a normal five vs. five for a moment, but he and Hangman eventually left the ring and would brawl up the ramp and stage, crashing through a set piece just beneath the stage. This took them out of the match for the rest of the night.

The finish came when Darby Allin handcuffed Jack Perry to the cage and doused him with gasoline, threatening to set him on fire. Matt Jackson tried to stop the match by agreeing to give Darby a match with Jack for the TNT Title at AEW All In, but that wasn't enough, and Jackson eventually had to quit to avoid seeing the worst happen to Perry.
