On August 9, 2024, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Rampage on TNT from the LJVM Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

  • Excalibur, Tony Schiavone & Matt Menard welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Darby Allin def. The Butcher via Pinfall (Coffin Drop).
  • An interview from AEW Dynamite aired, with Alicia Atout interviewing RUSH before Don Callis interrupted. Callis scolded RUSH for eating the pin, asking him if he was willing to do whatever it took to succeed. Callis then revealed RUSH would face Preston Vance on AEW Collision. RUSH promised to "fuck his shit up".
  • Jay Lethal cut a promo backstage, where he called out "Hangman" Adam Page for a match. It was made official for the 8/14 edition of AEW Dynamite.
  • Wheeler Yuta (w/ Bryan Danielson) def. Rocky Romero via Submission (Cattle Mutilation).
    • AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland watched the match backstage.
  • Renee Paquette interviewed CMLL Women's World Champion Willow Nightingale where she reflected on her friendship with Kris Statlander being ruined by Stokely Hathaway. Tomohiro Ishii interrupted, saying that Stokely needed to pay.
  • Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen) (w/ Cheesecake) def. The Dawsons (Zane Dawson & Dave Dawson) via Pinfall (Gin & Juice).
  • There was a vignette of Deonna Purrazzo ahead of her Texas Bull Rope Match on the 8/10 edition of AEW Collision. Purrazzo said she would summon a symphony of violence so brutal it would lay her out on a slab.
  • Dustin Rhodes cut a promo backstage regarding being excited to hold his first piece of AEW gold by winning the ROH World Six-Man Tag Titles and teaming with Sammy Guevara before saying he wanted to hold the ROH Tag Titles. Matt Taven & Mike Bennett took offense with that and said he would never win the titles from them. Bennett then kicked Rhodes in the Naturals.
  • Saraya (w/ Harley Cameron) def. Nyla Rose via Pinfall (Slingshot Crossbody).
    • Harley Cameron pulled Rose's legs to allow Saraya to get the pinfall win. Saraya stood tall to end the broadcast.
