The wrestling fans in Ybor City were in for a treat.
It was a eventful night for professional wrestling as a whole with WWE hosting their first-ever all-women's PPV and a number of NXT talents leaving EVOLVE 114 with championship gold around their waists. Those aforementioned NXT talents were the Street Profits and Fabian Aichner. The Street Profits captured the EVOLVE Tag Team Championships by defeating 'Doom Patrol' and Fabian Aichner pinned Shane Strickland to win the EVOLVE Championship.
With those stories making the rounds on social media, the remainder of the match card flew under the radar as exampled by JD Drake winning the WWN Championship in a Ladder match, Priscilla Kelly besting Jessie Elaban and NXT talent Dan Matha competing on the show as well.
