The last show of the month for EVOLVE.
EVOLVE has refreshed their roster makeup by putting some of their titles on talents from the NXT brand. Last month at EVOLVE 114 was when the reboot happened and this weekend on Friday and Saturday were EVOLVE 115 and 116 where a number of championships including the SHINE and Freelance World Titles were defended. Also on the road with EVOLVE for this weekend's loop was Kassius Ohno and 205 Live's Mustafa Ali.
EVOLVE 116 was in Mustafa Ali's home-state of Illinois at the 'Oak Lawn Pavilion'. The main event of the show saw Ali go one-on-one with the "Daredevil" Darby Allin and this card featured The Street Profits defending their EVOLVE Tag Team Championships.
