This is the Fightful.com live coverage for tonight's episode of IMPACT Wrestling on POP! Tonight after being gone for 9 years, LAX is back and they're out for blood as Konnan has said he's brought The Latin American Xchange back to IMPACT for the tag team titles that he believes was taken from them. -We open with Josh and Jeremy arguing while in a meeting with Bruce and Dutch from earlier today.
-Karen comes out to the ring to start the show and has Sienna come out to the ring. They exchange barbs, then Karen says that she doesn't tolerate bullying in "her house", then asks Sienna if they have a problem. Sienna cuts a promo on Allie, then says that she got where she is on her own and not because of who she married. Karen demands an apology, then Sienna's "cousin" KM comes out and defends Sienna. He says he demands respect and tells Karen to shut up and he demands that she apologize to them. Braxton and Allie then come out and Braxton attacks KM from behind, then Karen makes a match between them later tonight.
DJ-Z vs Andrew Everett
They start off even, then do a bunch of flips before Z sends Andrew out of the ring with an arm drag, then dives over the top rope and takes him out. Z hits a diving cross body once they're back in the ring for a quick two count, then Andrew rolls him up for a two count of his own before they exchange forearms. Z clotheslines Andrew, then stomps on him in the corner before Andrew hits a springboard missile dropkick. Andrew drops Z repeatedly, then hits an enzuigiri and a Pele kick before he misses a moonsault, then catches Z coming in for the ZDT, but rolls him up for the pin and the win.
Winner: Andrew Everett via pinfall
-Trevor Lee and GSH come out after the match and Helms says that it will take more than that to get a title shot.
-We then have a vignette for something about fury being unleashed on April 13th.
-ODB and Earl meet backstage and decide to go for drinks later, then Rosemary comes out for a celebration of some sort calling it a Knockout's Burial Celebration. She says that there's no more competition, then ODB comes out to the ring. ODB goes over her accolades and says that Rosemary wouldn't be there if it weren't for her. Rosemary says that she's not worthy, then leaves before the women's locker room comes out and gets in the ring. Everyone makes a claim for the title, all eight of them, then they brawl in and around the ring as we go to commercial.
-EC3 comes out next and says he's sorry for last week and he wants to apologize to Karen and he looks forward to making IMPACT great again. He says that he wasn't happy with himself and that he needs to rebrand, retool and refocus, that he needs to be the guy that beat everyone again. James Storm then comes down to the ring and says that he respects EC3 and that he's been there since the beginning. Storm names off his career and says that they have the same mindset now and that they both want to be champion. Storm says that if anyone deserves a title shot it's him, then they decide that the fans will let them decide who gets the next title shot before they leave.
-We then get a video package for all of the teams involved in the main event, then one for Moose and Cody.
Cody vs Moose IMPACT Grand Championship Match
Round 1
Moose rushes at Cody, but Cody hits a DDT before Moose comes back with a pop-up powerbomb and a springboard moonsault for a quick two count before Cody goes out of the ring to regroup. Moose chops Cody around ringside, then Cody superkicks one of the judges before they get back in the ring and Cody hits a draping DDT as the round ends.
Round 1 goes to Moose as Bruce comes down and takes over for the judge.
Round 2
Cody is in control early, keeping Moose grounded, then turns him inside out with a RAINMAKER before playing to the crowd. Cody sends Moose out of the ring, then goes after him, but Moose catches him and powerbombs him onto the apron before Moose grabs a chair. Cody superkicks Moose with the chair, then puts Moose in a figure four as they're back in the ring as the round ends.
Round 2 goes to Cody, then Brandi leaves.
Round 3
They're back and forth until Cody hits a Disaster Kick, but they both fall to the mat exhausted, then they exchange chops once they're on their feet before they grapple and exchange right hands until they collapse. They then exchange right hands until after the bell as the round ends.
Winner: Moose wins by split decision
-We then get a video package for Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards, then an announcement of a last man standing match next week.
-We then get an announcement of a knockout's gauntlet match next week to crown a new number one contender.
KM vs Braxton Sutter
KM tosses Sutter around the ring and beats on him in the corner before Sutter comes back with chops and right hands, then drops him with a boot. Sutter hits him with a series of strikes until KM dropkicks him, then they hit each other with a double clothesline. Sutter catches KM coming off the ropes and hits a powerslam before hitting him with a running boot in the corner, then a neckbreaker off of the top rope before Sienna grabs Allie and KM capitalizes on it. KM then hits Sutter with a powerbomb into a backstabber for the pin and the win.
Winner: KM via pinfall
-After the match Allie and Braxton clear the ring before Laurel appears on the ramp looking like a zombie in her wedding dress with her heels around her wrists.
-Next we get a video package for LAX.
LAX vs Decay vs Reno Scum vs Garza Jr. & Laredo Kid IMPACT Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Match
Reno double team Kid, then Abyss comes in and then Kid and Garza double team him before everyone leaves the ring and brawls around it before Kid dives off of the top rope and takes them all out, then Garza does the same as we go to commercial. We come back to Garza and Kid double teaming Santana, Garza hitting a springboard moonsault for a quick two count, then Ortiz comes in and he and Santana double team Kid with a backbreaker leg drop for a quick two count. Abyss comes in and beats on Kid before he tags in Steve who gets a quick two count on Kid, then Scum come back in and double team Kid. Scum tag in and out until Kid hits a Tornado DDT, then Ortiz tags himself in, then he and Santana take out Scum, then Abyss before LAX hit Kid with a blockbuster powerbomb combo for the pin and the win.
Winner: LAX via pinfall
