Decay (c) vs The Iinspiration
Rosemary and Cassie start the match off before Decay double up on Cassie before Jessie comes in and Rosemary hits a splash in the corner before locking in the Upside Down and getting distracted by Cassie on the apron. Cassie takes control and beats on Rosemary before TI double up on Rosemary for two before she gets the hot tag to Havok who runs Cassie over and drops her repeatedly before hitting a backbreaker into a lariat. Havok runs over both Cassie and Jessie before sending them both into the corner and hitting a double splash for two before Cassie sends Havok out of the ring when Rosemary gets the tag and she and Rosemary clothesline each other. Jessie gets the hot tag before suplexing Rosemary before Cassie gets the blind tag and TI double up on Rosemary for a near fall before Rosemary comes back with a reverse DDT and Havok comes back in. Decay double up on Cassie for a near fall that Jessie breaks up before everyone hits a move until Cassie sends Rosemary out of the ring and TI post Havok repeatedly until she falls out of the ring.
TI then send Havok into the post a second time before Rosemary and Jessie get back into the ring and Cassie gets the blind tag before Cassie rocks Rosemary with a knee and TI hit Rosemary with a sit-out powerbomb neckbreaker combo for the pin and the win.
Winner: The Iinspiration defeat Decay via pinfall to become the new Knockouts Tag Team champions.
X-Division Championship Number One Contender Tournament Finals Match
Trey Miguel vs El Phantasmo vs Steve Maclin
Steve takes control early and sends El out of the ring before El dropkicks Steve out of the ring and runs the ropes with Trey before Trey hits a flurry into a dropkick and El rolls out of the ring to regroup. Trey gets tripped by El when he goes for a tope before Steve attacks Trey from behind before Steve and El take turns chopping Trey before El twists the nipples of Steve who drops him with a right hand. Trey fights off both El and Steve before locking in a double submission before hitting a northern lights suplex with Steve for two while still having El in a submission. El comes back with a flurry before Steve gets Trey and El trapped in the tree of woe in opposite sides before he hits El with a low spear and takes out Trey before hitting El with a suicide dive. Steve takes out Trey with a tope before El takes out Trey and Steve with a double asai before Trey hits a rebound cutter off of the ropes at ringside before Trey hits a code red and Steve gets a near fall off of a small package.
Steve hits a reverse DDT for a near fall that El breaks up before Steve tosses El out of the ring and beats on Trey in the corner before El hits a sunset bomb to Steve and a frankensteiner with Trey onto Steve. El hits a diving splash for two before Steve hits a double powerbomb for two before Trey and El take out Steve and send him out of the ring before Trey gets a near fall off of a sphinx pin. El then goes for a groin punch, but hurts his hand as Trey pulls out a metal cup before Trey pins El with a diving meteora for the pin and the win.
Winner: Trey Miguel defeats El Phantasmo, and Steve Maclin via pinfall to win the tournament and become the new X-Division champion.
Heath & Rhino vs Violent By Design (Deaner & Joe Doering (w/ Eric Young)
VBD beat Heath down immediately before Heath takes out Joe and clotheslines Deaner before Rhino comes out to the ring and Heath tags him in before clotheslining Deaner. Rhino suplexes Joe out of the ring before hitting Deaner with a Gore for the pin and the win.
Winner: Heath and Rhino defeat Violent By Design via pinfall.

Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match
Chris Sabin and Rocky Romero are first to enter the match as the two exchange wrist locks and arm drags before mirroring a pair of dropkicks and Rocky hits his signature endless clothesline as Madman Fulton is next to enter the match and beat down both Chris and Rocky. Chris and Rocky try to eliminate Fulton, but he saves himself as Rohit and Tasha Steelz come out next as the heels take turns stomping and beating on Rocky and Chris until Rocky is eliminated. Rachel Ellering comes out next and clotheslines Tasha repeatedly before hitting a TKO and everyone work together to eliminate Fulton before Savannah Evans comes out next and she and Tasha work together before Rachel eliminates Savannah. Johnny Swinger comes out next as Rachel is eliminated before the two nearly get into a fight and officials escort Savannah and Rachel to the back before Tasha takes Johnny down and beats on him in the corner. The Demon comes out and eliminates Johnny before Brian Myers comes out and eliminates Melina before Sam Beale comes out and works with Brian until he ends up turning on and eliminating Brian. Rich Swann and Ace Austin come out next before Ace eliminates The Demon and exchanges with Rich before Moose and Eddie Edwards come out before Alisha comes out and she and Eddie double team Moose and hit him with kendo sticks before W. Morrissey is last to enter the gauntlet. W eliminates Alisha before W eliminates Eddie and he and Moose eliminate Rohit before Chris eliminates Ace and Fulton comes back out and lays out Chris before leaving and Moose and W eliminate Chris.
Moose eliminates Rich and W before it's down to Moose and Matt as Moose hits a running uppercut in the corner before Matt turns Moose inside out with a clothesline and Moose dodges Radio Silence before spearing Matt for the pin and the win.
Winner: Moose wins the Call Your Shot Gauntlet by last eliminating Matt Cardona.
IMPACT World Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Match
The Good Brothers (c) vs Bullet Club vs FinJuice
Chris and David start the match off by exchanging standing switches and hammer locks before FJ double up on Chris before Chris gets the hot tag to Hikuleo and faces off with Doc before they exchange strikes. Hikuleo and Doc try to knock each other over before Chris comes in and gets distracted by David who tags himself in only to be dragged into the corner by Doc. Hikuleo tags himself in and runs over David before knocking Juice off of the apron and hitting David with a running clothesline in the corner into a delayed suplex. BC isolate David until he gets the hot tag to Juice who drops Chris and hits a running clothesline in the corner and knocks Hikuleo off of the apron and jabbing Karl. Juice hits Chris with a gut buster for two before everyone hits a move until they collapse before FJ double up on Chris and Karl tosses Juice out of the ring and covers Chris for the pin and the win.
Winner: The Good Brother retain their IMPACT World Tag Team titles by defeating Bullet Club, and FinJuice via pinfall.
Knockouts Championship Match
Deonna Purrazzo (c) vs Mickie James
Mickie dropkicks Deonna when she's posing for the introductions before beating on her at ringside and they end up brawling on the ramp and the railing next to the ramp before they make their way back to the ring. Once they're back inside and the match starts Deonna takes control before hitting a snap suplex for two before stomping Mickie down in the corner and kicking her out of the ring. Mickie gets back into the ring before they exchange strikes and Deonna whips Mickie across the ring before countering a head scissors into a powerbomb for two. Mickie and Deonna run at each other with cross bodies before they exchange up to their feet and Mickie hits a head scissors into a flap jack and a diving Thesz press for two. Deonna counters a DDT and drops Mickie with a kick for two before Mickie counters a piledriver and hits a snap DDT for two before countering a second piledriver and Deonna locks in a Fujiwara.
Mickie gets to the ropes for the break before Deonna grabs her through the ropes and hits a draping piledriver for a very close near fall before rolling out of the ring and grabbing a chair. The referee has a tug of war with Deonna over the chair before he takes it from her and Deonna drives Mickie into the corner before setting her up and Mickie fights off a superplex. Deonna pulls the referee in the way as Mickie takes him out before Mickie kicks the chair in Deonna's face for a near fall before Deonna meets Mickie up top and Deonna locks in an armbar in the ropes. Deonna then tosses Mickie off of the top before picking her up and mocking Mickie who rocks her with a kick before hitting a tornado DDT for the pin and the win.
Winner: Mickie James defeats Deonna Purrazzo via pinfall to become the new Knockouts champion.
IMPACT World Championship Match
Christian Cage (c) vs Josh Alexander
The two lock up before Christian backs Josh to the ropes for a clean break before the two grapple and exchange wrist locks before Christian scrambles to the ropes for the break when Josh locks in an ankle lock. Josh shoves Christian down from the top turnbuckle and down onto the floor before chopping Christian at ringside and tossing him back into the ring for two before hitting a backbreaker for two. Josh hits a northern lights suplex for two before Christian dumps Josh over the top rope and down onto the floor before Josh grabs his foot when he goes for a baseball slide. Josh goes for an ankle lock before Christian sends him into the railing and Josh rolls back inside before Christian stomps him and hits a neckbreaker for two before locking in a rear chin lock. Christian slaps Josh when he gets to his feet before beating on Josh around the ring and whipping him sternum first into the corner for two before they exchange in the corner until Josh hits a release German into the corner.
Josh hits a boot before Christian fights off a powerbomb and hits mounted punches in the corner before Josh hits a powerbomb onto his knee for two before Christian hits a reverse DDT for two. Christian and Josh exchange submissions and pin attempts before Christian chokes Josh in the ropes before Josh hits a rolling senton into a diving knee for two before hitting a bridging German for two. Josh transitions from one submission to the next before Christian gets to the ropes for the break before Christian spears Josh for a deep two count before Christian knocks Josh off of the top and hits a diving splash for two. Christian counters Divine Intervention and runs into the post before countering an ankle lock and Josh counters a Killswitch before locking in an ankle lock. Christian then tries to kick Josh away, but he keeps the hold on before Josh forces Christian to tap for the win.
Winner: Josh Alexander defeats Christian Cage via submission to become the new IMPACT World champion.
- Immediately after the match Josh is celebrating with his family before Moose comes in and cashes in his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy.

Moose immediately spears Josh for the pin and the win.
Winner: Moose defeats Josh Alexander via pinfall to become the new IMPACT World champion.
