Live Coverage

The show begins and our commentary of Tom Hannifan and Deonna Purrazzo welcome us to tonight's show and it's time for our opening contest of the evening.

Mia Yim vs. Savannah Evans (with Tasha Steelz)

A lock up to start. Evans tosses Mia to the corner and slams her down to the mat. Mia comes back with a hurricanrana then a bevy of strikes but Evans plants her with a DDT and goes for the cover but Mia kicks out. Yim lands some chops to the chest then lays Evans out with a drop kick followed by a German suplex then a dive from the middle rope and goes for the cover but Evans kicks out. Evans with a Samoan Drop and a German suplex then goes for the cover but Yim kicks out. Yim sends Evans to the outside and follows after her and drills her with a knee. Yim sends Evans back into the ring, Steelz distracts Yim but Jordynne Grace comes down to the ring and takes out Steelz. Back in the ring, Yim hits Evans with Eat Defeat for the 1-2-3!

Winner - Mia Yim

We then see Eddie Edwards backstage. Shark Boy comes in and Edwards attacks Shark Boy and tells him that he wants respect from IMPACT Wrestling. Chris Harris comes in and says he has no problem beating Edwards up and tells Edwards to let Shark Boy go. Edwards lets him go and says he’s going to end both Harris and Shark Boy at Slammiversary.

Back at the ringside area, it’s time for our next matchup.

Kenny King vs. Blake Christian — Slammiversary Ultimate X Match Qualifier

A lock up to start. King tosses Christian to the corner and wallops him with a number of strikes. Christian comes back with a super kick and slams King to the mat before kicking King out of the ring. Christian goes for a Baseball slide but King evaded and bounces Christian’s head off of the apron. Christian kicks King back and dives over the top rope and lays out King on the outside as we head to a commercial break.

Back from the break and whilst back in the ring, Christian slams King and goes for the cover but King kicks out. Christian rolls King up with a back slide but King kicks out. Christian goes up too and looks for the 450 splash but King slides out and cracks Christian with a kick but Christian nails him with a kick to the back of the head. Christian goes back up too and looks for the splash once again but King gets his knees up and plants Christian with the Royal Flush and gets the three-count!

Winner - Kenny King (Qualifies For Slammiversary Ultimate X Match)

Commentary then announces that Jack Evans will be the fifth participant in the Slammiversary Ultimate X Match.

Rich Swann vs. Matthew Rehwoldt

Rehwoldt slams Swann to the mat. Swann makes Rehwoldt do his signature dance but Rehwoldt tosses him to the outside. Rehwoldt sends Swann into the ring post then back into the ring. Rehwoldt stomps on Swann and goes for the cover but Swann kicks out. Swann kips up and plants Rehwoldt with a neck breaker then goes for a cover of his own but Rehwoldt kicks out. Swann kicks Rehwoldt in the mid section then nails him with a cutter then goes up top and hits a splash for the 1-2-3!

Winner - Rich Swann

Following a break, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson of the Good Brothers are in the ring. Doc says he and Karl are in IMPACT because they’re seven-time Tag Team Champions and they’ve sold out arenas all over the world and because of they, they’ve earned a shot at The Briscoes and the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles. Jay and Mark Briscoe then make their way down to the ring. Mark says he and Jay grind every single day, not just in the ring but every day on their farm. Anderson says it’s time that they take out The Briscoes once and for all. A brawl ensued and The Briscoes stand tall with their titles

Backstage, we see Gia Miller, who’s with IMPACT Wrestling World Champion, Josh Alexander. Gia asks Josh if he’s worried about his title defense against Eric Young at Slammiversary. Alexander says he doesn’t have time to worry about Young and he’s too focused on preparing for their match. Deaner interrupts and says Alexander should be very concerned. Joe Doering and Young come in and they attack the champion. IMPACT security finally comes in and breaks up the fight.

Back at the ringside area, Honor No More comes down to the ring and Eddie Edwards joins Tom Hannifan on commentary for our next match of the night.

Honor No More (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) (with Vincent & Maria Kanellis) vs. Heath & Rhino

Bennett and Rhino start this one off. Bennett cracks Rhino with a kick then sends him to the corner and looks for a running shoulder but Rhino evades and wallops Bennett with a shoulder of his own. Bennett makes the tag to Taven and Rhino makes one to Heath as well. Everyone brawls and we head to a commercial break.

Back from the break and Heath tags in Rhino, who clobbers Taven with a shoulder tackle then rips some strikes to the body followed by a clothesline and goes for the cover but Bennett breaks it up and dumps Heath to the outside and Bennett and Taven hit the Climax for the three-count!

Winners - Honor No More

After the match, Honor No More attacks Rhino and Heath but Motor City Machine Guns and Frankie Kazarian rush the ring to make the save and we head to a commercial break.

Back from the break and Rhino is being transported to the hospital via ambulance. Motor City Machine Guns and Frankie Kazarian then approach IMPACT Wrestling EVP Scott D’Amore and ask to face Honor No More at Slammiversary. D’Amore tells them if they can find two more partners, the match is official.

Commentary then runs down the card for Slammiversary and we head to a commercial break ahead of our main event of the evening.

Moose & Steve Maclin vs. W. Morrissey & PCO

Maclin and PCO start this one off. PCO nails Maclin with a shoulder tackle then a slam before making the tag to Morrissey and Maclin tags in Moose. The two behemoths lock up and Maclin and PCO come back in. Morrissey and PCO each toss Moose and Maclin to the corner and wallop them with simultaneous splashes. Morrissey goes to the apron and PCO tags him in. Another brawl happens, Maclin cracks Morrissey with a bunch of strikes and DDT’s Morrissey’s ‘injured’ leg.

Morrissey launches Maclin right out of the ring and makes the tag to PCO, who clears house and nails both Moose and Maclin with a dive through the ropes and to the outside. PCO gets back in the ring and goes up top and goes for the PCO-sault on Moose but Moose evades and they take each other out with matching clotheslines. PCO makes the tag to Morrissey, Maclin makes the self tag and plants Morrissey with a DDT for the 1-2-3!

Winners - Moose & Steve Maclin

After the match, a brawl breaks out, Moose cracks PCO with a spear but the lights go out and when they come back on, Sami Callahan appears and wipes out Moose with a baseball bat as the show goes off the air!
