The show was headlined by three title matches: Mark Briscoe defended his ROH World Title against Johnny TV, Atlantis Jr returned to ROH to defend his ROH World TV Title against TMDK's Robbie Eagles, and Dustin Rhodes & The Von Erichs made their second defense of the ROH Six-Man Tag Titles against Cage of Agony.   • Melissa Santos interviewed Paul Wight ahead of the episode before they were interrupted by Johnny TV & Taya Valkyrie. Johnny TV wanted a shot at the ROH World Title against Mark Briscoe, which Wight granted for tonight.
  • After that, Ian Riccaboni & Caprice Coleman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • ROH World Championship Match: Mark Briscoe (c) def. Johnny TV (w/ Taya Valkyrie) via Pinfall (Jay Drilla).
  • There was a vignette of Robbie Eagles ahead of his title match tonight against Atlantis Jr.
  • Lio Rush def. Blake Christian via Pinfall (Rebound Stunner).
  • MIT (Billie Starkz & ROH Women's World Champion Athena) came to the ring for a live edition of "Minion Training". As Starkz was doing sit-ups, Athena cut a promo, where she bragged about mentoring Lexy Nair & Starkz. Starkz then asked Athena why Nair was not here, to which Athena responded by saying Nair did not lose her title at Death Before Dishonor. Athena said she was looking to become the longest-reigning champion in ROH History, declaring every hussie backstage was afraid of her... and well, the pain arrived. Abadon confronted Athena and shouted in her face before Athena fell out of the ring. Abadon set their sights on the ROH Women's World Title.
  • The Conglomeration (Tomohiro Ishii & ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe) cut a promo backstage, where he said it was an honor facing Johnny TV. Briscoe then spoke about The Beast Mortos pinning him weeks ago before declaring he had a shot at the title, saying he needed revenge on the former AAA Latin American Champion.
  • Katsuyori Shibata def. Ariya Daivari (w/ Tony Nese & Mark Sterling) via Pinfall (Juji Gatame).
  • MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) cut a promo backstage, but they were interrupted by Griff Garrison & Maria Kanellis-Bennett. Maria presented the offer of a faction. Madden & Mansoor offered to touch Garrison's tips, but Griff squashed their tips before they ran away.
  • Harley Cameron def. Viva Van via Pinfall (Shinning Wizard).
  • Mask Apuestas Match: Serpentico (w/ Angelico) def. Griff Garrison (w/ Maria Kanellis-Bennett) via Pinfall (Frog Splash).
  • Melissa Santos interviewed MIT (Athena & Billie Starkz), where Athena took offense with Santos asking if she was afraid of Abadon. She stormed out of the interview.
  • Anthony Henry & BEEF def. Vinnie Massaro & Dante Leon via Pinfall (Straight-Jacket German Suplex from Henry on Leon).
  • ROH Pure Championship - Proving Ground Pure Rules Match: Lee Moriarty (c) def. Action Andretti via Submission (Border City Stretch).
    • Paul Wight, Christopher Daniels & Jerry Lynn were the judges for the match.
  • There was a backstage promo from Leyla Hirsch, where she said that when her back was against the wall, she always got back up.
  • ROH Men's World Television Championship Match: Atlantis Jr. (c) def. Robbie Eagles via Submission (La Atlantida).
  • Paul Wight revealed that The Beast Mortos would challenge for the ROH World Title against Mark Briscoe. Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari interrupted and said that people had been handed title shots while they had been ignored, but Wight said they had lost. Wight booked Nese to face Lio Rush, where he said he needed to prove himself.
  • ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship Match: Dustin Rhodes & The Von Erichs (Marshall Von Erich & Ross Von Erich) vs. Cage of Agony (Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) Ended in a No Contest
    • The finish came when The Undisputed Kingdom & Dark Order attacked Rhodes & The Von Erichs. SAP (Angelico & Serpentico), Fuego del Sol & Sammy Guevara tried to make the save, but they were outnumbered. Jerry Lynn, Christopher Daniels & an army of referees stopped them to end the broadcast.
