- Women's Elimination Chamber Match: Liv Morgan vs. Bianca Belair vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley vs. Naomi vs. Roxanne Perez
- Men's Elimination Chamber Match: CM Punk vs. John Cena vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Logan Paul vs. Damian Priest vs. Seth Rollins
- Trish Stratus & Tiffany Stratton vs. Nia Jax & Candice LeRae
- Unsanctioned Match: Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn
- Cody Rhodes to answer The Rock.

- Michael Cole, Wade Barrett & Pat McAfee welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Women's Elimination Chamber Match: Bianca Belair def. Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Bayley & Roxanne Perez via Pinfall (KOD on Morgan).
- Naomi was viciously attacked by a returning Jade Cargill, who slammed the Chamber door on Naomi's head to take her out of the match.
- Trish Stratus & Tiffany Stratton def. Nia Jax & Candice LeRae via Pinfall (PME from Stratton on Jax).
- Unsanctioned Match: Kevin Owens def. Sami Zayn via Pinfall (Apron Powerbomb).
- Owens tried to continue to attack Zayn after the match, but Randy Orton made the save. Orton hit an RKO on Owens and went for The Punt, but Jason Jordan, Shane Helms & an army of security guards stopped him. Owens fled the scene while Orton hit RKOs on multiple security guards.
- Men's Elimination Chamber Match: John Cena def. CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Damian Priest & Seth Rollins via Referee Stoppage (Sleeper-STF on Punk).
- Cody Rhodes appeared after the match and shook John Cena's hand, but then he was immediately interrupted by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (with Travis Scott). Johnson said it was time for Rhodes to make his decision and sell his soul to The Rock or "The Dream Dies Again". Rhodes rejected Rock's offer by saying he had already sold his soul to the people before telling Johnson to go fuck himself. Cena embraced Rhodes in congratulations, but this was a rouse. Cena hit a low blow on Rhodes before smashing a rolex, a microphone, and the WWE Title on Rhodes. Johnson then whipped the WeightBelt on Rhodes's back, leaving him bloody from the head and red from the back. Johnson, Travis Scott & Cena stood tall to end the broadcast.
