- Booker T & Vic Joseph welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning to the opening match.

20-Man Battle Royal - NXT North American Championship Qualifier.

Axiom vs. Nathan Frazier vs. Apollo Crews vs. Bryson Montana vs. Charlie Dempsey vs. Dabba-Kato vs. Damon Kemp vs. Dante Chen vs. Dijak vs. Drew Gulak vs. Edris Enofe vs. Javier Bernal vs. Jinder Mahal vs. Malik Blade vs. Odyssey Jones vs. Oro Mensah vs. Quincy Elliot vs. SCRYPTS vs. Xyon Quinn.

SCRYPTS hit a flipping senton on Axiom to begin the match, proceeded by Dabba-Kato clotheslining Elliot out o the ring to eliminate him from the match. The competitors brawled before Dijak booted Dante Chen out of the ring to eliminate him from the match. Bryson Montana was eliminated after Quinn dropped him out of the top rope, while Frazier hit an enziguri kick on Damon Kemp to send him off the the ring. Enofe & Blade tossed Dijak out of the ring, which Odysssey Jones responded by pouncing Dijak off the apron to eliminate him. Dijak attacked Jones afterwards before sending him back in the ring, which Mahal took advantage to toss Jones out of the ring. Mahal tried to eliminate Enofe & Blade, but Blade & Enofe double teamed him before SCRYPTS & Apollo Crews eliminated them. SCRYPTS flipped over the top rope for the elimination, which was followed by Crews Guerilla-Pressing Bernal onto Enofe, Blade & SCRYPTS to eliminate him from the match. Oro Mensah tossed Quinn out of the ring to eliminate him from the match. Mensah went for the Tijeras on Mahal, but Mahal got his legs and tossed him to the outside to eliminate him from the match. Gulak & Dempsey worked together to try and eliminate Hank Walker, but Walker held on and kicked Dempsey in the face. Mahal & Crews brawled in the corner while Walker got Gulak in a sleeper, but empsey tossed the two for the elimination. Dempsey & Gulak brawled on the outside. Crews went for a running crossbody on Dabba-Kato, but Dabba-Kato tossed Crews out of the ring. Frzier hti a springboard splash on Mahal before he & Axiom exchanged moves on Mahal to eliminate him from the match. Frazier, Dempsey & Axiom triple-teamed Dabba-Kato before the three tossed him out of the ring. The final three members of the match were Axiom, Dempsey & Frazier. Axiom went for a Cazadora, but Demspey responded with a Chaos Theory Frazier hit a dropkick on Demspey before Axiom clotheslined Dempsey onto the apron. Dempsey & Axiom exchanged strikes before Axiom & Dempsey fell down, which Axiom took advantage by pushing him out of the ring. Frazier & Axiom were the final two of the match. Frazier went for a Lionsault DDT, but Axiom evaded. Frazier hit a spinning Gamonguri, but Axiom responded with an arm drag and a roundhouse kick. Axiom tried to toss Frazier out of the ring, but Axiom responded with. Lionsault into a Reverse DDT on Axiom. The two exchanged forearm strikes before Axiom hit a forearm strike, a PK kick and went for the Golden Ratio, but Frazier caught him with a vicious Thrust Kick. Frazier placed Axiom on the top rope and tried to toss him, but Axiom him in a sleeper, but Frazier responded with a Superplex. Axiom did a kip-up, but Frazier caught him with a thrust kick. Axiom tossed Frazier, but Frazier skimmed the cat to get back in the ring, but Axiom caught him with a sliding dropkick to the face before tossing Frazier out of the ring eliminate him from the match & qualifying to the NXT North American Title Match.

Wes Lee, Axiom, Dragon Lee, Ilja Dragunov & JD McDonagh had an in-ring staredown inside the ring after the match.

Winner: Axiom.

- Pretty Deadly had a preview of NXT Stand & Deliver's NXT North American Championship Match.

- Tyler Bate & Chase University (Duke Hudson, Thea Hail & Andre Chase) huddled backstage ahead of Bate's match against Von Wagner. Duke Hudson was not enthusiastic during the segment, while Chase hyped up Bate for his match.

- Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs were confronted by NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Kiana James & Fallon Henley backstage. James revealed that Jensen & Briggs would have a shot at joining the Tag Title match if they won tonight. Henley was bamboozled.

Tyler Bate (w/ Andre Chase, Thea Hail & Duke Hudson) vs. Von Wagner (w/ Mr. Stone).

Bate go a headlock on Wagner to begin the match before hitting a dropkick on him, but Wagner responded with a running boot on Bate. Wagner hit an elbow drop on Bate before Wagner slammed Bate to the mat. Wagner got a hold on Bate, but Bate broke it with a headbutt before going for a Sunset Flip, but Wagner evaded and hit a lariat on Bate for a near fall. Wagner slammed Bate in the corner with an Irish Whip before hitting him with a corner splash. Wagner went for another corner splash, but Bate evaded and hit a series of uppercuts, a knee lift, a diving uppercut, the Boing Elbow Strike, and the Bop & Bang Forearm strike. Mr. Stone tried to get involved, but Thea Hail attacked Stone before Bate hit a Tope Con Giro n Stone. Wagner got back in the ring and hit the Rebound Lariat on Wagner before hitting the Spiral Tap on Wagner for the pinfall win.

Winner: Tyler Bate.

- The Schism cut a promo in a vignette to the Chase University students, handing them masks. The Schism promised to make Chase University fall and take over.

- After disappearing in NXT Roadblock, NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez returned to the Performance Center backstage looking for Shawn Michaels before the commercial break. Back from the break, HBK was in his office before Perez revealed to Michaels that she was cleared to compete. Perez told Michaels that she was interested in defending her title on NXT Stand & Deliver, but Michaels said that he believed that it may not be the best thing for her. Perez said that she has anxiety that she may peak at 21 and said that she may not have another Stand & Deliver. After some discussion, Michaels said to get another test & that she would join the match.

Valentina Feroz vs. Elektra Lopez.

Lopez hit a headbutt on Feroz to begin the match. Feroz hit an elbow strike on Lopez, but Lopez responded with a takedown before locking in a front-ankle lock on Feroz, but Feroz tried to reverse it with a Juji Gatame. Feroz evaded and hit a shotgun dropkick on Lopez's ribs. Feroz hit two arm drags and a spear on Lopez for a near fall. Feroz went for a Diving Cross-body, but Lopez caught her mid-air and hit a Sit-down Choke Bomb on Feroz for the pinfall win.

Winner: Elektra Lopez.

- There was a video vignette of Eddie Thorpe (formerly known as Karl Fredericks in NJPW) ahead of his debut match after the commercial break.

Eddy Thorpe vs. Myles Borne.

Thorpe & Borne locked up to begin the match. Borne got a wrist lock on Thorpe, but Thorpe flipped over and got a wrist lock on Borne. Borne hit a shoulder tackle on Thorpe, but Thorpe leaped over him and hit a diving cross-body. Borne hit a dropkick on Thorpe, but Thorpe hit a chop & an upkick. Borne hit a running elbow strike on Thorpe before hitting a hab on Thorpe before hitting a Belly-to-Belly on Thorpe for a near fall. Borne got a headlock on Thorpe, but Thorpe broke the hold and hit a dragon Screw, Hammer strikes, A Gamonguri, a Helluva Kick, a Hip Toss & and an elbow drop on Borne for a near fall. Thorpe hit a Saito Suplex and a Twisting Neck Breaker on Borne for the pinfall win.

Winner: Eddy Thorpe.

- Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) were in the "Grayson Waller Effect" set recapping the feud between Grayson Waller & Johnny Gargano for NXT Stand & Deliver.

- NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus (Wolfgang & Mark Coffey) were interviewed backstage by McKenzie Mitchell. Gallus said that they welcomed the more guys the better, as they love to fight. They said that they did not care who was involved, whomever they face would learn it was Gallus Boys on top.

Last Chance Match - NXT Women's Championship Qualifier.

Sol Ruca vs. Ivy Nile vs. Indi Hartwell.

The match began with Hartwell kicking Nile in the abdomen, but Nile got a Victory Roll on Hartwell and a Schoolboy on Ruca, but Ruca responded with a body slam. Ruca tossed Hrtwell out of the ring before hitting a dropkick on Nile. Ruca climbed to the top rope and hit a Moonsault off the top rope to the outside. Back in the ring, Ruca got a near fall on Hartwell. Hartwell went for an Arm Drag, but Ruca landed on her feet and hit an arm drag of her own. Nile hit a forearm strike before hitting a running Thrust Kick on Ruca before locking in the Juji Gatame on Ruca, but Hartwell broke the hold and hit a boot kick on Nile. Ruca attacked Hartwell and hit a Springboard Splash for a near fall. Nile got a Sunset Flip into an Enziguri kick on Ruca for a near fall. Nile went for a Hurricanrana, but Ruca blocked it and hit a Thrust Kick on Nile, but Hartwell responded with a Spinebuster on Ruca. Nile hit a kick on Hartwell and locked in the Dragon Sleeper on Hartwell, but Ruca broke the hold by hitting the Sol Snatcher on Nile. Hartwell saw this and booted Ruca out of the ring before hitting the Hidden Blade on Nile for the pinfall win.

Zoey Stark, Lyra Valkyria, Gigi Dolin, Tiffany Stratton & Roxanne Perez surrounded Hartwell across the arena after the match.

Winner: Indi Hartwell.

- Pretty Deadly previewed the NXT Women's Championship Ladder Match between Roxanne Perez, Indi Hartwell, Lyra Valkyria, Gigi Dolin, Tiffany Stratton & Zoey Stark. Prince & Wilson said that Stratton was their favorite to win the title.

- Grayson Waller was heading to the ring to address Johnny Gargano in a video on Social Media, with Waller telling Gargano to have a close eye on him.

- There was a special edition of "Prime Target" video, detailing the road of Carmelo Hayes & NXT Champion Bron Breakker ahead of their match on NXT Stand & Deliver. The video detailed Hayes preparing for his match by training in the Performance Center & preventing to go to the after-parties in order to add more training to his regimen, while Breakker's road detailed him training in the Performance Center while watching film of Hayes ahead of the match. Hayes said that heavy was the crown and said to give him "the fucking crown".

- There was a video vignette of Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre, saying that they would forge their destiny and become the NXT Women's Tag Team Champions at the cost of Kiana James & Fallon Henley.

Hank Walker vs. Drew Gulak (w/ Charlie Dempsey).

Gulak got a headlock on Walker to begin the match, but Walker evaded the hold and hit a back elbow, a lariat, and backdrop on Gulak. Walker went for a Juji Gatame, but Gulak evaded. Gulak went for a Camel Clutch, but Walker evaded and locked in a Camel Clutch. Gulak evaded and went for the Brock Lock, but Walker evaded and locked in a Brock Lock of his own. The two exchanged Single-Leg Crabs before Gulak rolled onto the apron. Gulak slammed Walker's neck on the top rope before hitting a neck breaker and three knee drops to the neck on Walker. Gulak hit a corner lariat and a lariat to the back of Walker's neck. Gulak hit a diving knee drop to Walker's face for a near fall before locking in a Cross-face on Walker. Gulak transitioned into a chin lock, but Walker powered through before hitting a jab, a series of body shots, a Thesz Press, a series of punches, two corner splashes & a face-slam on Gulak. Walker pulled his straps down and hit a running Shoulder Tackle on Gulak for a near fall. Walker went for a Wheelbarrow, but Gulak rolled over and locked in another Cross-face on Walker, but Walker rolled over and hit a Wheelbarrow into a Juji Gatame on Gulak. Walker cinched the hold deep, but Gulak got a rope break to break the hold. Dempsey hit Walker from behind, which allowed Gulak to lock in an Inside Cradle on Walker fro the pinfall win.

Winner: Drew Gulak.

- Pretty Deadly previewed the NXT Tag Team Championship Match between Gallus, The Family & The Creed Brothers as well as the NXT Women's Tag Title Match between the team of Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn and the team of Kiana James & Fallon Henley.

If Briggs & Jensen Win, The Enter the NXT Tag Team Championship Match At Stand & Deliver.

Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen vs. The Family (Tony D'Angelo & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo).

Jensen & Lorenzo began the match, with Jensen getting a series of pins on Lorenzo for consecutive near falls. Jensen ran the ropes before hitting a hip toss on Stacks, but STacks responded with a body slam. Jensen hit an upkick before locking in a headlock, but Stacks responded with Leg Scissors. Jensen hit a cutter on Stacks before Briggs tagged in and hit a shoulder tackle on Stacks. D'Angelo tagged in and hit a waist-lock takedown on Briggs. Brigs ran the ropes, but D'Angelo hit a jab before Stacks & D'Angelo hit an abdomen punch/ knee lift/ uppercut on Briggs. Stacks got a headlock on Briggs, but Jensen got the blind tag. Jensen & Briggs slid under the ring and hit stereo-forearm strikes on D'Angelo & Stacks.

Back in the ring, Jensen & Briggs hit stereo shoulder tackles on D'Angelo for a near fall. Briggs hyper-extended D'Angelo's arm before Jensen tagged in and got a wrist lock on D'Angelo, followed by an arm drag on Stacks. Stacks ran the ropes and hit an elbow strike before D'Angelo tagged in and clubbed Jensen with a lariat. D'Angelo stomped away at Jensen before getting a near fall as Kiana James & Fallon Henley joined ringside. Back from the break, Stacks got a headlock on Jensen before hitting a back lariat on Jensen's neck. D'Angelo got Jensen in a Guillotine Choke before slamming him into the corner. D'Angelo & Stacks hit a back-breaker/ Diving elbow drop combo on Jensen for a near fall. Stacks hit a back elbow on Jensen before Briggs tagged in. Briggs hit shoulder tackles on D'Angelo & Stacks before Briggs hit a sideslam on Stacks & a splash on D'Angelo. Jensen & Briggs got Stacks and hit a Doomsday Leg Lariat on him to get a pin, but D'Angelo dove to break the pin. D'Angelo tossed Briggs out of the ring before They hit a double pop-up Back Suplex on Jensen for the pinfall win.

Winners: The Family (Tony D'Angelo & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo).

- After the match, Fallon Henley & Kiana James got in the ring. James told Jensen that she had something to tell her, but she would rather show him. Kiana James kissed Brooks Jensen, which bamboozled Fallon Henley & Josh Briggs.

- Grayson Waller came to the ring surrounded by Security Guards to sign the contract for his Unsanctioned Match against Johnny Gargano. Waller said that he could not believe his eyes before stating he was the real main event. Waller said that two years ago, he was trying to make a connection with the audience but said that he made up his mind after NXT War Games. Waller said that he flew off the cage onto a table to make a viral moment, but all people talked about was Johnny's departure. Waller said that he attacked Gargano two days later because he took his spotlight. Waller acknowledge that Gargano was the biggest Big Match Wrestler in NXT history, but stated that he would lose in Stand & Deliver. Gargano's music played in the arena and Waller waited for Gargano, but it was revealed that the camera-man was Gargano. Gargano & Waller brawled in the ring before the two were separated by all the security guards to end the broadcast.
