WWE NXT UK Results for 12/9/21 NXT UK Tag Team Title Match, Davenport vs McKenzie

Good afternoon Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for today's edition of WWE NXT UK!

Blair Davenport vs Emilia McKenzie

Zay: I'm Not Going To Customize AEW Tag Team Titles, These Are The Belts That Were Meant For Us

Blair and Emilia exchange wrist locks and standing switches before exchanging arm drags and Emilia hits a swinging neckbreaker for two before Blair drops Emilia with a shoulder block and kicks her in the spine before sending her face first into the middle turnbuckle. Blair stomps Emilia down in the corner before hitting a running forearm in the corner into a snap mare and a dropkick to the back of the neck for two before locking in a rear chin lock and Emilia hits a back drop driver into a spear for a two count. Blair boots Emilia and hits a missile dropkick for two before Emilia hits a German for a deep two count before Blair catches her with a jumping knee and hits a driver for the pin and the win.

Winner: Blair Davenport defeats Emilia McKenzie via pinfall.

- Backstage Moustache Mountain get ready for their challenging for the NXT Tag Team titles later tonight in our main event.

- In Sid Scala's office Heritage Cup champion Noam Dar shows up with Sha Samuels and Sid announces that Nathan Frazer and A-Kid will face off with the winner facing Noam for the Heritage Cup title at a future date as we go to commercial.

- We get a video package promo for the NXT Championship match from last week where Ilja Dragunov successfully defended his title against Rampage Brown.

- Xia Brookside is interviewed at the PC about her challenging Meiko Satomura and failing to capture the title before Xia leaves crying.

- Former Cruiserweight champion Jordan Devlin comes out to the ring and declares his intentions of becoming the NXT UK champion before calling Ilja out to the ring to which Ilja obliges and says that all Jordan has to do is ask for a title shot if he wants one. Jordan tells Ilja that he's going to end his career and take his title if Ilja gives him the chance before Ilja laughs and says that there's nothing he can say to intimidate him and nothing can make him nervous or scared. Ilja then says that he's prepared for whatever Jordan is willing to bring to him and any kind of fight he wants to have with him before Jordan mentions Ilja's son and Ilja attacks him before they're separated by officials and Jordan leaves.

- We get a video package promo for Amale as we go to commercial.

- We come back from the break to a video package promo for Kenny Williams who cuts a promo while eating in the dark outside.

Sam Gradwell vs Sha Samuels (w/ Noam Dar)

Sam takes control early which causes Sha to regroup with Noam at ringside before Sha comes back with a knee in the midsection and rocks Sam with a forearm before elbowing him in the back of the head and Sam hits a flat liner for two. Sha sends Sam face first into the middle turnbuckle and hits running moves in opposite corner before turning Sam inside out with a lariat for two before Sam comes back with right hands and a clothesline into a back elbow. Sam hits a back drop and clotheslines Sha over the top rope and down onto the floor before tossing him back inside only for Sha to roll back out of the ring and slam Sam onto the floor before rolling Sam back inside. Sha then hits a driver for a near fall before suplexing Sam for another two count before the referee stops him from whipping Sam with his suspenders and Sam makes the referee think Noam choked him before Sam hits Sha low when the referee's back in turned before slamming Sha for the win.

Winner: Sam Gradwell defeats Sha Samuels via pinfall.

- We get a taped promo by Gallus in an underground car park as we go to commercial.

- We get a video package for Nathan Frazer and A-Kid ahead of their number one contender match next week.

NXT UK Tag Team Championship Match
Pretty Deadly (c) vs Moustache Mountain

Tyler and Sam start the match off before Tyler avoids a double team and tags in Trent and MM clear the ring before MM go for a double suplex on Lewis and Sam stops it before Tyler grabs Sam and MM hit stereo suplexes to both Sam and Lewis before Tyler hits a front slam and Trent dives off of his shoulders for two. PD isolate Trent and double team him until he comes back with a suplex onto the floor and gets the hot tag to Tyler who lays into both members of PD with strikes in the corner. Tyler suplexes Sam and rocks Lewis with a knee before hitting a diving uppercut and a suplex into a running shooting star for two before counter each other until Tyler hits a Tyler Driver '97 for a deep two count. PD hit an assisted gut buster for two before they try to do Tyler's rebound lariat and Lewis accidentally hits Sam with it before Tyler sends Sam out of the ring and Tyler hits Lewis with the lariat before tagging Trent back in. Trent hits a DDT into the Seven Star Lariat for a near fall before Sam drops Trent with an up-kick and Lewis knocks Tyler off of the apron before Tyler breaks up a near fall off of Spilt Milk before Tyler goes for a suicide dive and Sam catches him.

PD hits Tyler with an assisted neckbreaker at ringside before PD hit an assisted MX into a powerbomb onto Sam's knees for a near fall before Sam grabs one of the title belts and the referee takes it from him before hitting Trent with the second title belt for a very close near fall. Trent then hits Sam with a dragon suplex before superkicking Lewis in mid-air and Tyler hits Lewis with a Tyler Driver '97 before Trent hits a Birminghammer with Sam onto Lewis and Tyler hits a corkscrew senton for the double pin and the win.

Winner: Moustache Mountain defeat Pretty Deadly via pinfall to become the new NXT UK Tag Team champions.
