On October 23, 2023, WWE hosted a new episode of Monday Night Raw on the USA Network from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. The show featured Judgment Day's Finn Balor & Damian Priest celebrating regaining the Undisputed WWE Tag Titles.
Also on the show, Priest was set for in-ring competition against Jey Uso, Becky Lynch defending her NXT Women's Championship against Indi Hartwell, Logan Paul returning to WWE Raw, and more. Full results are listed below.

WWE Raw (10/23/2023).
- After a video package showing Finn Balor & Damian Priest winning the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships, Michael Cole & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to kick off the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- Judgment Day (Finn Balor & Damian Priest) kicked off the show with an in-ring promo to celebrate winning Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, but they were immediately interrupted by Cody Rhodes. Rhodes said that he had some choice words for the leader of Judgment Day, but stopped himself by saying that Rhea Ripley was Priest & Balor's mami too before addressing Priest directly for giving him a low blow last week.
Damian Priest responded by stating that he would have chased him down before stating that Rhodes's story was now that he would fail. Rhodes challenged Priest to a fight, but Priest refuted by offering a singles match for Crown Jewel. Rhodes accepted the challenge before offering a preview of Crown Jewel. Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley tried to join in, but Jey Uso attacked Dominik. Priest & Rhodes brawled on the outside before JD McDonagh assisted Priest. McDonagh & Priest then pilmanized Rhodes's left ankle by slamming a chair onto it before Adam Pearce, Shawn Daivari & Shane Helms came in to stop the brawl alongside multiple referees. - Backstage, Adam Pearce & Jey Uso carried Cody Rhodes to the trainer's room to get checked on by the medics.
- New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) def. Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) (w/ Maxxine Dupri & Akira Tozawa).
- Prior to the match, it was revealed by Michael Cole that Akira Tozawa was the newest member of the Alpha Academy after training with Gable & Otis backstage last week. He accompanied Otis & Gable at ringside for their match against The New Day.
- NXT Women's Champion Becky Lynch was interviewed backstage ahead of her title defense against Indi Hartwell, where she stated that she was willing to defend the title any day of the week. Lynch did say that she was aware Lyra Valkyria was in the arena from the show, but promised to not look past Indi Hartwell's desire to regain the title.
- There was a video package of Valhalla & Ivar, showing Ivar training to show Ivar was set to lead the Vikings as their warrior, teasing a singles run for the former Raw Tag Team Champion, NXT Tag Team Champion & ROH World Tag Team Champion.
- WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins was walking around backstage before being confronted by Rhea Ripley. Ripley told Rollins they were a little concerned about Rollins facing Drew McIntyre before offering the services of The Judgment Day for insurance. Rollins asked Ripley if she had lost faith in Damian Priest, but Ripley responded by saying Rollins was a World Champion when he could be THE World Champion before ending by saying that Judgment Day can make people acknowledge him, but Rollins responded by saying that he did not want to be anything like Roman Reigns. Ripley told Rollisn to think about it.
- Natalya met with Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae to wish Hartwell luck in her title challenge against Becky Lynch. Natalya did state that, unfortunately, Tegan Nox was sidelined due to an injury suffered in her match against Lyra Valkyria on the 10/17/2023 edition of NXT.
- NXT Women's Championship Match: Becky Lynch (c) def. Indi Hartwell (w/ Candice LeRae).
- Lyra Valkyria watched the match from the crowd. Lynch confronted Valkyria on ringside ahead of their match on Night One of NXT Halloween Havoc.
- Xia Li attacked Candice LeRae backstage, saying that she was sending a message to Indi Hartwell too.
- Adam Pearce was speaking with security ahead of the Women's World Championship Contract Signing before being interrupted by SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. Aldis apologized to Pearce for their issues on SmackDown, saying that he did not want to tarnish their professional relationships. Pearce accepted Aldis's apology and offered him to stay in the arena, After that, Pearce told referee Eddie Orengo to double up on Security Guards for the contract signing.
- Adam Pearce hosted the contract signing for the Fatal 5-Way Match for the Women's World Championship pitting Rhea Ripley defending her belt against Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Raquel Rodriguez & Zoey Stark at Crown Jewel. The challengers signed the contract first with the intention to have Ripley sign the contract later, but Ripley interrupted. Ripley said that she would take down everyone and retain her title at Crown Jewel.
Nia Jax interrupted and stated that Ripley did not want to get in the ring because Ripley wanted Jax to squash the challengers. Raquel had enough of Jax's words and attacked Jax as the four challengers brawled in the center of the ring. Raquel & Jax continued to brawl in the ring before Jax hit a Samoan Drop on Raquel as Ripley watched from the ramp. - Giovanni Vinci was training backstage while Ludwig Kaiser told Vinci to take out Johnny Gargano, but they were interrupted by Bronson Reed. Reed told Vinci & Kaiser to inform GUNTHER that he was interested in Round Two. Akira Tozawa confronted Bronson Reed and challenged him to a match. Reed first rejected the offer, but Tozawa responded by hitting a chop before Reed accepted the challenge, but not before stating that the match would be Tozawa's "funeral". Maxxine Dupri was bamboozled by Tozawa's challenge to Reed.
- Johnny Gargano def. Giovanni Vinci (w/ Ludwig Kaiser).
- In the last parts of the match, Tommaso Ciampa attacked Ludwig Kaiser at ringside. This opening allowed Gargano to hit the One Final Beat DDT on Vinci to pick up the win.
- Shinsuke Nakamura had a vignette backstage addressing his win against Ricochet, saying that he wanted to find an opponent that would "inspire" a side new side of him.
- Logan Paul came to the ring to cut a promo, saying that Dillon Danis got dropped from his fight league after beating him in his boxing match before stating that he would give the crowd something to talk about when he beat Rey Mysterio for the WWE United States Title at Crown Jewel. Dominik Mysterio interrupted Paul and wished him luck on beating his "deadbeat dad". Paul & Dominik then requested Samantha Irvin to join them in the ring, but Irvin refused to do so. Ricochet attacked Logan Paul & Dominik, with Ricochet hitting a Baseball Slide at Paul and a V-Trigger on Dominik. Ricochet went for a Shooting Star Press, but Dominik pulled Dominik out of the ring.
- Piper Niven & Chelsea Green def. Natalya & Nikki Cross.
- Nikki Cross randomly walked away from the match, leaving Natalya on her own. This allowed Green & Niven to hit an Unprettier/ Basement Crossbody for the win.
- Jey Uso was training backstage but was confronted by Drew McIntyre. McIntyre told Uso that he was sorry that The Bloodline cost him a title match (with heavy tones of sarcasm) before telling Uso to get over it.
- The Miz confronted Adam Pearce backstage to demand a spot on the show since he was "the most must-see Superstar in WWE", but not before Rhea Ripley gave Adam Pearce the signed contract. The camera followed Ripley, who checked on Dominik Mysterio after he was attacked by Ricochet earlier in the night.
- Drew McIntyre def. Sami Zayn.
- The finish came when Rhea Ripley appeared on the ramp. She distracted Sami Zayn briefly, allowing McIntyre to hit the Claymore for the win.
- Nick Aldis was seen speaking with Katana Chance & Kayden Carter before being confronted by Adam Pearce. Aldis acknowledged that Pearce had had a rough night and told Pearce he was leaving for the night. Nikki Cross walked in front of Pearce before Pearce stated that he needed a drink.
- Bronson Reed def. Akira Tozawa (w/ Maxxine Dupri).
- Chad Gable & Otis were speaking with Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods before being interrupted by an injured Akira Tozawa. Gable praised Tozawa's efforts but stated that he would focus on making Tozawa a great tag team wrestler.
- Drew McIntyre confronted Seth Rollins backstage regarding their match fro the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Crown Jewel. McIntyre & Rollins both agreed to keep Judgment Day away from their match.
- Damian Priest def. Jey Uso.
- The ending came when Finn Balor distracted Jey Uso, allowing Priest to hit the South of Heaven Chokeslam for the win.
- After the match, Balor hit the Coup de Grace on Uso. Finn Balor & Priest tried to pilmanize Uso, but Cody Rhodes came in to make the save while limping on his left leg. Rhodes attacked Priest with a chair and attempted to pilmanize Priest's ankle, but Balor pulled Priest out of the ring. Rhodes stood tall in the ring to end the broadcast.
