Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight's edition of WWE Monday Night RAW!
- The WWE champion Bobby Lashley and MVP come out to the ring to start the show for Bobby's non-title match against Sheamus to kick off the show.
Bobby Lashley (w/ MVP) vs Sheamus
Sheamus takes Bobby down onto the mat before controlling him with a front face lock before Bobby backs him into the corner and Sheamus drops Bobby with a knee. Bobby comes back with a snap suplex before locking in a rear chin lock and wrenching the head of Sheamus before Sheamus gets Bobby on his shoulders and Bobby hits a neckbreaker for one. Bobby locks in another rear chin lock before Sheamus gets to his feet and Bobby rocks him with strikes before Bobby sends Sheamus out onto the apron. Sheamus snaps the neck of Bobby across the top rope before Shelton and Cedric show up and Bobby clotheslines Sheamus before Shelton takes out Sheamus at ringside as Cedric distracts the referee as we go to commercial.
We come back from the break to Bobby in control as he hits a powerslam for two before Cedric interrupts Bobby and Sheamus rolls him up for a near fall. Bobby goes shoulder first into the post before Sheamus clotheslines him and sends him out onto the apron before hitting clubbing blows in the ropes. Sheamus knocks Bobby off of the apron and hits a diving clothesline before tossing Bobby back inside and hitting another diving clothesline for a deep two count. Bobby counters White Noise and gets dropped with a knee for a near fall before Bobby dodges the Brogue Kick and Cedric distracts Sheamus before Bobby hits a spine buster. Bobby then locks in the Hurt Lock and forces Sheamus to tap for the win.
Winner: Bobby Lashley defeats Sheamus via submission.
- After the match Cedric and Shelton attack Sheamus before he's saved by Drew McIntyre who gets into the ring and faces off with Bobby. MVP then struggles to keep Bobby from attacking Drew before convincing him that they need to focus on Wrestlemania and business before Bobby and MVP leave.
- Backstage Bobby reprimands Cedric and Shelton for interfering in their match and losing the tag belts before MVP tells them to think about how they can make things up to Bobby and MVP.
Asuka vs Peyton Royce
Asuka backs Peyton to the ropes before Peyton fights out of a side headlock and takes Asuka down before Asuka crawls to the ropes for the break and Asuka goes for an armbar. Peyton reverses before Asuka kicks her way free and Peyton sends Asuka face first into the middle turnbuckle before hitting a float over suplex for two. Asuka rocks Peyton on the apron before getting trapped in the ropes and Peyton hits a neckbreaker in the ropes before Asuka crashes down onto the floor as we go to commercial.
We come back to Asuka in control as she hits a German into a sliding knee for two before missing a missile dropkick and Peyton counters a German into a Samson Clutch for a near fall. Asuka hits a Code Breaker for a near fall before setting Peyton on the top turnbuckle and Peyton knocks her down before hitting a diving stomp for a near fall. Asuka then locks in an armbar before transitioning into the Asuka Lock for the tap and the win.
Winner: Asuka defeats Peyton Royce via submission.
- Immediately after the match Rhea Ripley comes out to the ring and challenges Asuka to a title match at Wrestlemania before Asuka accepts and the two exchange words excitedly.
- Backstage Adam Pearce talks to Drew McIntyre where Adam tells Drew that Shelton and Cedric have challenged him to a handicap match. Drew then proposes that if he beats them tonight they're banned from ringside at Wrestlemania before Adam agrees as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break to tonight's edition of Miz TV where they complain about how Damian Priest and Bad Bunny are getting more exposure than they are. Miz then challenges Bad Bunny to a match at Wrestlemania before John and Miz are interrupted by the returning Jeff Hardy who comes out to the ring as we go to commercial.
The Miz vs Jeff Hardy
Jeff smashes Miz's face into all four top turnbuckles before hitting a jawbreaker and Miz drops him with a boot before stomping Jeff and choking him in the ropes. Miz boots Jeff and hits a kitchen sink before locking in a rear chin lock and Jeff comes back with a mule kick and strikes. Jeff hits an inverted atomic drop into a basement dropkick into a leg drop and a splash for two before hitting a diving splash off of the second rope for two. Miz then counters the Twist of Fate and sends Jeff into the post and hits the Skull Crushing Finale for the pin and the win.
Winner: The Miz defeats Jeff Hardy via pinfall.
- After the match Miz celebrates before Bad Bunny hits him with a guitar and challenges him to a match at Wrestlemania before leaving.
- Backstage we see AJ Styles and Omos before Omos saves AJ from being ran over by Riddle on his scooter as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break to AJ and Omos in the ring as they talk about challenging New Day for the RAW Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania before they're interrupted by the tag champs.
AJ Styles (w/ Omos) vs Kofi Kingston (w/ Xavier Woods)
Kofi repeatedly takes AJ down onto the mat before they exchange headlocks and AJ drops Kofi with a shoulder block before Kofi dropkicks him. Kofi backs AJ into the ropes before AJ comes back with strikes and sends Kofi out of the ring before Kofi drops AJ on the apron and hits a monkey flip in the corner. Kofi dropkicks AJ and hits an SOS for two before AJ drags him out of the ring and Kofi drops him before AJ sends him into the steps as Omos and Xavier have a stare down as we go to commercial.
We come back from the break to AJ in control back in the ring before Kofi drops him repeatedly and hits a Boom Drop before AJ drops Kofi when he goes for Trouble in Paradise. Kofi knocks AJ off of the top and hits a diving splash onto the back of AJ for a near fall before AJ locks in the Calf Crusher and Kofi gets to the ropes for the break. AJ then turns Kofi inside out before Xavier distracts him and Omos backs him down before Kofi hits an SOS for the pin and the win.
Winner: Kofi Kingston defeats AJ Styles via pinfall.
- Backstage Sheamus is interviewed about the attack by THB as well as Drew taking on both Cedric and Shelton before Riddle rides around him on his scooter. Riddle and Sheamus then face off before Sheamus attacks Riddle with his own scooter as we fade out and back to the ring.
Drew McIntyre vs Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander
Drew and Shelton start the match off as Drew goes right after Shelton with strikes and slams him before slinging Cedric into the ring and hitting a high angle back body drop. Drew clotheslines Shelton and whips him into the corner before clotheslining him and Cedric saves Shelton from a Claymore before Drew drops Shelton across the barricade. THB then take control once they end up back in the ring as we go to commercial.
Cedric and Drew exchange as we come back from the break before Shelton comes in and drops Drew with a knee for two before THB double up on Drew. Shelton beats on Drew in mount before locking in a rear chin lock and Drew drives him into the corner before they exchange strikes until Drew headbutts Shelton and they collapse. Drew turns Cedric inside out and throws him around the ring before taking out Shelton and hitting Cedric with a neckbreaker before Drew hits Shelton with a Claymore and sends him out of the ring. Drew then finishes Cedric and pins him with a Claymore for the win.
Winner: Drew McIntyre defeats Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin via pinfall to bar the duo from ringside at Wrestlemania.
- Backstage MVP reprimands Shelton and Cedric for failing before Bobby brings them to the locker room and offers anyone in the room a title shot if they can take out Drew before Wrestlemania.
Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke vs Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (w/ Reginald)
We see Lana and Naomi at ringside on commentary as Dana drives Shayna back into the corner before Shayna locks in the Kirifuda Clutch and Mandy dropkicks her to break the hold on Dana. Nia comes in and runs over Dana before Reginald gets into the ring and Mandy comes in and hits Nia with a bulldog for two as Reginald gets back out of the ring. Reginald then distracts Dana on the apron before Shayna takes out Mandy and Nia hits Dana with a Samoan drop for the pin and the win.
Winner: Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler defeat Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose via pinfall.
Elias (w/ Jaxson Ryker & Shane McMahon) vs Braun Strowman
Braun man handles Elias around the ring before chopping him and standing on him in the corner before choking Elias in the ropes and dumping him out of the ring. Braun tosses Elias back inside before Elias hits a jumping knee and beats Braun down in the corner before Braun flies out with a leg lariat. Braun then runs over Elias and sends him over the announce table before taking out Ryker and tossing Elias back inside and hitting a running powerslam for the pin and the win.
Winner: Braun Strowman defeats Elias via pinfall.
- After the match Shane hits Braun with a crutch, but he's un-phased before running away and Braun challenges Shane to a match at Wrestlemania before Shane accepts any match Braun can come up with.
- We come back from the break to Randy Orton in the ring as he tries to summon The Fiend before Alexa comes out onto the stage and uses a jack in the box before The Fiend appears in the ring. Randy pours gasoline on The Fiend before he goes to light a match and hits The Fiend with an RKO before Alexa blocks his exit and The Fiend chokes Randy unconscious with the Mandible Claw. Alexa then celebrates and points to the Wrestlemania sign as we zoom in on The Fiend and we get a replay of what just happened as we go off the air.
