Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight's edition of WWE RAW!
- We open tonight's show with a video package for Memorial Day before we open in the ThunderDome with Miz TV with special guest Charlotte Flair before RAW Women's champion Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross come out to the ring before Nikki challenges Charlotte to a match and Charlotte says that she could beat Nikki in a minute. Nikki then slaps Charlotte before they're separated by John as we go to commercial.
Charlotte Flair vs Nikki Cross
Charlotte is in control the entire time before Nikki comes back with a tornado DDT and time runs out before Charlotte can lock in a Figure Four.
Winner: Nikki Cross defeats Charlotte Flair when she lasts the one minute time limit.
- Backstage Riddle talks with Damian Priest before Randy Orton shows up and shuts Riddle up before taking the invisible key and throwing it over his shoulder before leaving and Riddle scrambles to find the key.
Xavier Woods (w/ Kofi Kingston) vs Randy Orton (w/ Riddle)
Randy drops Xavier before Xavier counters an early RKO attempt and Randy drops Xavier face first across the top turnbuckle before smashing his face into the announce table and dropping him across it as we go to commercial.
We come back from the break to Randy in control before Xavier drops Randy with an enzuigiri before laying into Randy with strikes until Randy knees him in the midsection and Xavier drops Randy with a discus forearm before hitting a basement flat liner for two. Xavier hits mounted punches in the corner before Randy powerbombs him for two before Xavier hits a cross arm breaker and locks in an Fujiwara before Randy gets to the ropes for the break and hits a draping DDT before Xavier counters an RKO into a backslide for two. Xavier then knees Randy before Randy hits Xavier with the Bro-Derek for the pin and the win.
Winner: Randy Orton defeats Xavier Woods via pinfall.
- We go backstage to see the WWE champion Bobby Lashley and MVP arriving to the arena alongside several women.
Shayna Baszler vs Reginald
Reggie does his best to be one step ahead of Shayna before she clotheslines him and Reggie rolls her up for two before slamming her as Nai looks on from backstage before Shayna drops Reggie and hits a leg DDT before focusing on his leg until Reggie hits a corkscrew cross body. Reggie goes up top and lands on his feet when he misses a moonsault before flames shoot out of the top of the post and Reggie pins Shayna with a clutch for the win.
Winner: Reginald defeats Shayna Baszler via pinfall.
- After the match Nia celebrates with Reggie as we see Shayna upset in the ring.
- We then get a backstage interview with Drew McIntyre ahead of his number one contender match against Kofi Kingston later tonight as we go to commercial.
Mace & T-Bar vs Lucha House Party
T-Bar starts things off with Lince before LHP double up on T-Bar and Mace and T-Bar take out Gran before Mace hits a neckbreaker into a jumping elbow drop for two before Lince saves Gran and Mace takes out Lince at ringside before T-Bar boots Gran out of the air and they finish Gran with a chokebomb.
Winner: Mace and T-Bar defeat Lucha House Party via pinfall.
Sheamus vs Ricochet
Ricochet sends Sheamus out of the ring before Sheamus hits a fall away slam into the barricade and tosses Ricochet back inside before going up top and hitting a diving clothesline that turns Ricochet inside out before he's distracted by Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet rolls Sheamus up for the win.
Winner: Ricochet defeats Sheamus via pinfall.
Humberto Carrillo vs Sheamus
We come back from the break to the match already in progress with Sheamus in control before Humberto comes back and rocks Sheamus with a kick before dropkicking him and Sheamus clotheslines him over the top and down onto the floor before Sheamus takes out Ricochet at ringside when he checks on Humberto. Back in the ring Sheamus then plants Humberto onto the mat and drags Ricochet into the ring before Humberto hits a springboard roundhouse kick and rolls Sheamus up for the pin and the win.
Winner: Humberto Carrillo defeats Sheamus via pinfall.
Naomi & Lana vs Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke
Mandy and Lana run the ropes before Lana and Naomi double team Mandy before she gets the tag to Dana who chokes Naomi in the ropes and takes her down before Lana gets the hot tag and rolls Dana up for two before Dana drives Lana into the corner. Mandy and Dana then hit a diving neckbreaker into a Samoan drop for the pin and the win.
Winner: Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose defeat Lana and Naomi via pinfall.
Shelton Benjamin vs Cedric Alexander
Shelton immediately boots Cedric before Cedric counters a powerbomb and thumbs the eye of Shelton before hitting him with the Neuralizer for the pin and the win.
Winner: Cedric Alexander defeats Shelton Benjamin via pinfall.
- Backstage Elias talks Jaxson up ahead of their challenging for the RAW Tag Team titles up next.
RAW Tag Team Championship Match
AJ Styles & Omos (c) vs Elias & Jaxson Ryker
Elias and AJ start things off for their respective teams before AJ takes out both Jaxson and Elias as we go to commercial.
We come back from the break to AJ and Jaxson in the ring with Jaxson now in control of AJ, slamming him for two before locking in a side headlock before AJ gets to his feet and Jaxson sends him face first into the middle turnbuckle before locking in a rear chin lock and AJ fights back with elbows and a Pele kick. Elias rejects the tag from Jaxson when he sees that Omos is about to get the tag before he turns around and Omos tosses Jaxson into the croner before hitting a back elbow as Elias makes his way up the ramp and Omos clotheslines Jaxson. AJ then tags in and pins Jaxson with the Phenomenal Forearm for the win.
Winner: AJ Styles and Omos retain their RAW tag team titles by defeating Jaxson Ryker and Elias via pinfall.
- Backstage Nia tries to convince Reginald to not go on Alexa's Playground before he assures her that he'll be find and she leaves to get champagne ready for them to celebrate as we go to commercial.
- We come back from the break as Reginald joins Alexa's Playground before he's sudenly attacked and beaten down by Shayna who takes his place on the swing set.
- Backstage Mansoor talks with The Viking Raiders before he turns around to see Mustafa Ali standing there and Mustafa gives Mansoor some unsolicited advice before leaving as we go to commercial.
WWE Championship Number One Contender Match
Drew McIntyre vs Kofi Kingston
Drew stomps and chops Kofi in the corner before they spill over the top rope and onto the floor as we go to commercial.
We come back from the break to Kofi hitting Drew with clubbing blows in the corner before Drew drops him and hits a deadlift suplex for two before hitting an overhead belly to belly suplex and beats on Kofi against the ropes before the referee makes him back off. Kofi then hits an SOS for two before Drew rolls out of the ring and tosses Kofi over the barricade when he goes for a dive as we go to commercial.
We come back to Drew in control back in the ring as he hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for two before chopping him in the corner and Kofi hits a powerbomb for two before Kofi dropkicks Drew and Drew counters an SOS into the Future Shock DDT for a near fall. Drew hits a spinebuster into a jack knife for two before Kofi superkicks Drew for two before Kofi counters a Claymore for a near fall, Drew then grabbing the bottom rope before Drew hits a flying Claymore when Kofi comes off of the top for the pin and the win.
Winner: Drew McIntyre defeats Kofi Kingston via pinfall to earn an opportunity to face Bobby Lashley for his WWE title at Hell in a Cell.
- After the match Drew and Kofi shake hands before Drew celebrates and Bobby and MVP come out onto the stage as we go off the air.
