- After Drew McIntyre attacked Damian Priest backstage, a video package reccapping Elimination Chamber aired.
- After that, Joe Tessitore & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- Randy Orton got to the rick to kick off the show and address the crowd. After he called Cena a "bottom" for The Rock, Orton addressed Kevin Owens and everything that had gone down between the two. Orton said he respected Owens as a wrestler, but he did not respect him as a person. Orton then recapped Owens's trail in his heel run before saying Owens had finally pissed him off before saying the voices are now back talking to him and vowed to punt Owens in the head.
- Nick Aldis & Tiffany Stratton spoke before Chelsea Green & Piper Niven interrupted, with Green saying her homecoming being ruined by Stratton and defending the US Title tonight against Michin was "unconstitutional". Aldis then booked Stratton to face Niven tonight.
- Tiffany Stratton def. Piper Niven (w/ Chelsea Green) via Pinfall (PME).
- Charlotte Flair attacked Stratton after the match, locking in Figure 8 on Stratton before an army of referees separated them.
- WWE Tag Team Championship - #1 Contender's Match: Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) def. Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) & Los Garza (Angel & Berto) via Pinfall (Backslide on Sabin).
- Bianca Belair came to the ring. Belair said she should be focused on WrestleMania 41, but was worried about what was going on with Jade Cargill & Naomi and felt she was losing her mind before calling out Naomi. Naomi appeared and told Belair things were not what they seemed to be, but Belair demanded to make it clear if she attacked Jade Cargill. Naomi then responded by saying she was tired of Cargill being carried by Belair and said it was supposed to be them only. After they were in an emotional shouting match, Naomi finally admitted it. Belair walked out on Naomi, which led to Naomi saying Belair was an ungrateful bitch. Jade Cargill then appeared and laid out Naomi with Jaded.
- Charlotte Flair was interviewed by Byron Saxton, where she said the Women's Division had gone soft. B-Fab took offense to Flair's comments, leading to Flair saying she would make B-Fab bow down next week.
- Solo Sikoa vs. Braun Strowman Ended In a No Contest.
- LA Knight was interviewed by Byron Saxton, where he bowed to regain the United States Title.
- Chelsea Green checked on Piper Niven, but they were interrupted by Zelina Vega calling her shot against whoever walked out with the Women's United States Title.
- WWE Women’s United States Championship - Street Fight: Chelsea Green (c) (w/ Piper Niven) def. Michin via Pinfall (Lateral Press).
- Alba Fyre pulled Green out of the ring to make the save for her before hitting a Canadian Destroyer on Michin into a stack of chairs to allow Green to pick up the win.
- Cody Rhodes came to the ring to cut a promo, where he explained he had to lie to his daughter about the giant shiner he got from Travis Scott, The Rock & John Cena, before saying he felt betrayed by Cena giving up on him and the fans. Rhodes said Cena owed it to the fans and said there was no justification for Cena. Rhodes then reflected on the crowd choosing him. Rhodes said Cena may not have found the perfect model hier to his throne, but said the next one was not like the last. Rhodes said the title was not heavy enough and vowed to keep the belt before declaring the following: "John I know you want some, then come get some!".
- The Miz & Carmelo Hayes spoke with Nick Aldis before Randy Orton interrupted. Aldis then booked Hayes to face Orton next week.
- Drew McIntyre def. Jimmy Uso via Pinfall (Claymore).
- Damian Priest attacked McIntyre after the match, catching him with a giant Thrust Kick on the dome.
