Mysterio family collides again at WrestleMania.
On Friday's WWE SmackDown, Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee issued a challenge to Santos Escobar & Dominik Mysterio to face them at WrestleMania 40.
The challenge came after Santos, flanked by Elektra Lopez, Berto, & Angel thanked Dominik for helping him and causing a distraction during his match against Rey last Friday on SmackDown. Santos stated that Dominik was right. Dominik said he would continue to make Rey's life hell for beating a deadbeat dad.
Rey came out with the LWO (Carlito, Zelina Vega, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) and said he was going to beat some respect into both of them. He then challenged them to a tag team match at WrestleMania 40, saying he would have a partner of his choosing.
Rey said his partner was the newest member of the LWO, Dragon Lee.
A brawl erupted between the two sides after Zelina slapped Lopez with the LWO clearing the ring and standing tall.

At WrestleMania 39, Rey defeated Dominik in singles competition. Escobar turned on Rey and the LWO following WWE Crown Jewel. Dragon Lee was engaged in a feud with Dominik in NXT throughout 2023.
