A huge NXT Women's Championship match is set for later this month.
Rhea Ripley challenged the dominant champion Shayna Baszler last week, and had it answered after a brutal attack by the MMA Horsewomen on Wednesday night. Baszler noted that she wanted a title match, too, and said it was happening in two weeks on the December 18th episode of NXT TV.

Ripley beat Baszler in the Women's War Games match at NXT Takeover: WarGames, and has been dominant since making the move to the United States. She beat pinned Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, Baszler over the course of a week, and emerged unbeaten from a match against Becky Lynch before that streak kicked off.
Baszler has been NXT Women's Champion for well over a year, with Ripley's win being her first loss in months.
At the end of Wednesday night's NXT, William Regal also announced that NXT Champion Adam Cole would defend his title on December 18. On next week's episode of NXT, Tommaso Ciampa, Keith Lee and Finn Balor will do battle for top contendership.
Fightful will have live coverage of NXT weekly, including a live post-show podcast that starts immediately after a show.
