Kenny Omega returned to the ring at the start of 2025 after missing all of 2024 while battling diverticulitis.
Omega is back full-time in AEW, defeating Brian Cage at AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage.
Speaking on Fanrun Radio in Tennessee, Ricky Morton praised Omega.
"That's worth the ticket price. He is absolutely amazing. He's one of the guys that I look at that set the new trend in professional wrestling. He takes it beyond means in a wrestling ring. He steps up," said Morton.
Omega is set to have a face-to-face with Will Ospreay on Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.
Rock N' Roll Express (Morton & Robert Gibson) have been part of AEW and ROH television in recent weeks, getting involved in segments with The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnol, & Wheeler Yuta) and The Learning Tree (Chris Jericho & Bryan Keith).
