Ricky Starks made a surprise appearance on the February 11 episode of NXT, saying he was going to flip the brand upside down.
Starks became a free agent on February 10 after he was removed from the AEW roster page.
On social media, Starks said he will be on the February 18th episode of NXT to officially sign his NXT contract.
