Rico (formerly Rico Constanino in WWE) was revealed as the third man for MxM Collection (Mason Madden & Mansoor) at AEW WrestleDream.
He joined MxM Collection in their fight against The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) and Billy Gunn as they looked to end scissoring forever.

The addition of Rico didn't help MxM Collection as The Acclaimed were victorious in their tag team bout.
Rico did get involved, getting hit with a Fame-ass-er by Gunn.

Rico and Billy Gunn had history in WWE during Gunn's partnership with Chuck Palumbo. Rico was the stylist for the duo.
