Ricochet invades Swerve's house.
AEW star Ricochet made a surprise appearance at DEFY Hundredth on February 7th. He came out to Swerve Strickland's music, and fans chanted “you are bald” at him. Ricochet said they were making him mad, and when they chanted for Strickland, Ricochet said that Swerve wasn't there.
The fans kept booing, and Ricochet said they didn’t deserve to hear what he had to say. He then called out Strickland because the fans cheered for him. The lights went out, and when they came back on, Strickland was in the ring. Strickland tackled Ricochet and took the fight to him.
Strickland sent for the House Call, but Ricochet poked him in the eye and escaped. Prince Nana snuck him behind Ricochet and sent him back into the ring, where Strickland hit Ricochet with a House Call. Ricochet then shoved Nana into Strickland and ran away.

Ricochet defeated Strickland on the February 5th episode of AEW Dynamite and stole his Embassy jacket after the match.
