Ricochet interfered in the three-way bout between Swerve Strickland, Roderick Strong, and Jay White at AEW Dynamite Fight For The Fallen, stabbing Swerve Strickland in the middle of the match.
After the bout, Ricochet continued his assault, jabbing at Swerve some more with the scissors before punching him in the forehead.
Back in the ring, Ricochet sat a bloody Swerve on a chair and hit the Spirit Gun.

Swerve embarrassed Ricochet at AEW Worlds End, getting the crowd to throw toilet paper at him after Ricochet lost to Kazuchika Okada in the semifinals of the AEW Continental Classic.
