WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam previously appeared backstage on the October 29th episode of NXT. He also made an appearance at NXT 2300. The experience gave Rob Van Dam the opportunity to see some of NXT's brightest stars up close.
Speaking on his 1 Of A Kind With RVD podcast, Rob Van Dam was asked to name some talent that he liked watching, and he brought up NXT Women's North American Champion
“I do still like watching certain people. The girl in NXT, who’s the girl…she looks different and unique, and she’s really good and is really eye-catching. I actually like watching her work. She’s got dark hair, and I think she wears paint on her face. [Asked if he’s talking about Stephanie Vaquer] She’s really good and different, and the way that she moves, the mindset that she’s in when she’s out there and everything," Rob Van Dam said.
