WWE 2K25 Gameplay Producer Bryan Williams comments on the possibility of TNA Wrestling content coming to WWE video games in the future.
WWE and TNA Wrestling recently entered a working relationship, which means that TNA talent regularly appears in NXT and vice versa. However, this could also allow TNA talent and content to appear in WWE video games.
Restart recently interviewed WWE 2K25 Gameplay Producer Bryan Williams about this. While acknowledging that it's not the answer people want, he says that those developments are only in the discussion phase and that players must wait and see.
It's a great question. It's something that we're all excited about the potential of maybe one day incorporating TNA into our game. But as of today, as I'm talking to you right now, we're just still discussing things, so it's just kind of a wait-and-see type of thing. I know it is not the greatest answer, but it's the truth.
TNA Wrestling only received one console video game, 2008's TNA iMPACT! However, the brand also released some mobile games and two handheld adaptations of the console video game.
In other interviews, Williams has excitedly discussed the possibility of a special DLC for this year's video game. We are in a new era in WWE, and many possibilities exist. Read his comments here.
WWE 2K25 will be released on March 14 for the general public and on March 7 for those who pre-ordered the two deluxe variants.
