  • WWE Tag Team Championships - TLC Match: Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) (c) vs. Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) vs. DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano)
  • Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) vs. Los Garza (Berto & Angel).
  • WWE Women's United States Championship Match: Chelsea Green (c) vs. Zelina Vega.
  • John Cena Appears.

  • Joe Tessiotore & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • John Cena came to the ring, but was interrupted immediately by Randy Orton. Orton told Cena he needed to have some kids because that could fix his issues, but Cena retorted by saying he was a better father figure than anyone in the crowd. After more children talk, Cena challenged Orton to a match at WWE Backlash in Orton's hometown, St. Louis, Missouri. Cena tried to hit Orton with the title, but Orton evaded before hitting an RKO.
  • Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) def. Los Garza (Berto & Angel).
  • WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton came to the ring to celebrate her victory against Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 41 and said that while everyone thought she was the next Flair, there was only one Tiffany Stratton. Jade Cargill interrupted and said she was here for one thing and one thing only: gold. This led to an impromptu match.
  • Jade Cargill def. Tiffany Stratton via Disqualification.
    • Naomi attacked Jade Cargill, causing the match to be thrown out. Nia Jax then laid out Tiffany Stratton, hitting the Banzai Drop on Stratton.
  • The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & WWE United States Champion Jacob Fatu), where Sikoa tried to take credit for Fatu's success, but Fatu took the microphone and told Sikoa he was winning the title whether Sikoa was with him or not. LA Knight interrupted and said he wanted a rematch for the title, but Drew McIntyre appeared and said he wanted to face the baddest man on the roster, whom he believed was Jacob Fatu. LA Knight and Drew McIntyre argued before Nick Aldis appeared and booked McIntyre to face Knight tonight, with the winner getting a shot at the WWE United States Title.
  • WWE Women's United States Championship Match: Zelina Vega def. Chelsea Green (c) (w/ Alba Fyre & Piper Niven) to win the title.
  • The Miz gave Carmelo Hayes an Andre the Giant-themed gold chain and told Hayes he was the company's future. Miz then told Hayes to enjoy the moment, he was about to make his.
  • The Miz appeared in the ring and complained about not making it to the WrestleMania 41 card, saying no one could "lace his boots." The lights went out before Aleister Black (formerly Malakai Black in AEW) made his WWE return. Black connected Miz with the Black Mass and stood tall.
  • Nia Jax confronted Naomi to tell her to stay out of her business for the WWE Women's Title. Naomi responded by telling Jax to proceed with caution.
  • WWE United States Championship - #1 Contender's Match: Drew McIntyre def. LA Knight via Disqualification.
    • Damian Priest attacked Drew McIntyre, causing the referee to throw the match out before hitting a South of Heaven Chokeslam on McIntyre through the table. As Priest and Knight argued, death arrived. Fatu hit a vicious Tope Suicida on Priest and Knight to the outside before hitting the BME on both Knight and Priest.
  • R-Truth confronted John Cena backstage, congratulating him on the title win. Cena just walked out. Jimmy Uso confronted R-Truth, with Truth telling Uso Cena was a real World Champion.
