CMLL opened its show on April 25th with a pointed message.
“Mientras exista la Arena México, La Lucha Libre no morirá jamás," which translates to, "As long as Arena Mexico exists, Lucha Libre will never die."
The promotion has also been using the slogan "100% Mexicana" on posters.

The extra emphasis on tradition comes less than a week after it was announced that WWE had purchased Lucha Libre AAA.
