“The Big Dog” says he's sticking to a legit quarantine to set an example for his community.
Roman Reigns has been absent ever since the global Coronavirus pandemic took a turn for the worst and a stay-at-home order was mandated for the state of Florida. Prior to the stay-at-home order, Roman was supposed to challenge Bill Goldberg for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania. That spot went to Braun Strowman who is now on top of the blue brand.
In a light-hearted cameo sent by Fightful founder Jimmy Van to Sean Ross Sapp, Roman Reigns reveals why he has yet to come back and how much he's looking forward to stepping back inside the squared circle.
“I am sticking to a legit quarantine and we are staying in lockdown for many reasons, not just myself, but my family, and my community. To be able to set that example. But, you know, hopefully, we'll get back to normal soon and I'll be whooping everybody's ass soon and you can write all you want on Fightful.com about that,” Roman jested. “I'm sure everybody's like, ‘Why won't he come back? When's he going to come back?' Then when I come back and destroy everybody, they're gonna be pissed. But it's all good because I'm the best. Yes sir!”
EXCLUSIVE (not really)... Sometimes “the boss” has to step up to get things done. @SeanRossSapp - you’re welcome! --Thanks @WWERomanReigns pic.twitter.com/ZLokv4aIiI

Roman and his wife recently welcomed a new set of twin boys to the world, so it's safe to say he has other things on his mind outside of capturing another WWE Championship. However, WWE is always “home” to superstars, and Roman is clearly excited to get back to his yard.
