Back-to-back for Roppongi 3K.
Roppongi 3K qualified for the Super Junior Tag League on the final night of the Road to Power Struggle tour and they were not going to let their hard work go to waste. At Power Struggle, SHO and YOH defeated Yoshinobu Kanemaru & El Desperado and BUSHI & Shingo Takagi in a triple threat bout to capture the Super Junior Tag League crown for the second straight year.
Following the bout, Roppongi 3K got on the microphone and declared that they will challenge IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Desperado and Kanemaru at a later date. If history is any indication, the bout will take place at Wrestle Kingdom 13 on January 4, 2019.
