Roxanne Perez says she's grateful for the opportunity to participate in the first TNA versus WWE NXT crossover and has been looking forward to facing Jordynne Grace for a long time.
Roxanne Perez will defend her WWE NXT Women's Championship at WWE NXT Battleground against Jordynne Grace as Jordynne looks to make history as the first woman to win the WWE NXT Women's Title while also holding the TNA Knockouts World Championship.
Previewing the match in an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Perez says she's wanted this particular match for a long time and would love the chance to cross the line and go to TNA in order to challenge Jordynne Grace for her respective championship as well.
“I’ve wanted to cross paths with Jordynne Grace since I was on the independents,” said Perez. “I’d love to wrestle her in TNA.
“This means everything to me, and it’s everything for me, too. This is my life. I’m ready for her.”
