New Number One Contender For NXT Title Named On NXT

Samoa Joe has settled in to his WWE career and prior to WWE's SmackDown TV taping this past Tuesday in Memphis, Joe stopped past 'WMC Action News 5' to discuss the history of wrestling in Memphis, some of his favorite places to visit while in the city, and also Joe reflected on his time thus far in WWE stating that the level of production that the company presents is on another level. Joe went on to add that he has had a fantastic career prior to his arrival in WWE so now things are just a bonus.

“So I’ve been fortunate enough that I’ve probably worked for every major company in our industry, in the world. WWE just kind of being my latest but obviously when you come to WWE, the level of spectacle and production in what we do is far and above anywhere else I’ve worked." Joe said. "So, its kind of cool being a part of the big show now. Obviously I’ve had a fantastic career leading up to this point so I’m kind of in the bonus.”
