NJPW and IMPACT make some announcements.
IWGP World Heavyweight Champion SANADA will be at IMPACT Emergence on Sunday, August 27. An opponent for SANADA was not announced for the event.
This will mark SANADA's first bout in IMPACT since 2015. SANADA is a former X Division Champion.
In other IMPACT and NJPW news, the company announced that new X Division Champion Lio Rush will team with Trey Miguel to take on Hiromu Takahashi & Mike Bailey at IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United 2 on August 20.
