On July 19, EFFY took on Sandra Moone at Underground Wrestling Alliance's More Gay SH!T event.
The match included a spot where EFFY would thrust his pelvis into the face of Moone. The spot in question caused controversy among fans online, who compared EFFY to Joey Ryan.
Ryan would infamously have opponents grab his crotch and perform a "dick flip" among other pelvic related spots. He was later accused by multiple women of sexual harassment and assault.

Sandra Moone defended the spot, saying she thought it was funny. She also questioned anyone comparing EFFY to Ryan.
