Saraya (Paige in WWE) hasn't wrestled since December 2017 after she suffered a neck injury that caused her to retire. Before her December 2017 injury, she had missed a year and a half of action (June 2016 - December 2017) with a neck injury.
Saraya joined AEW at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam and has gotten physical in segments with Britt Baker. Saraya has reportedly been cleared to wrestle again and she's openly discussed the idea of getting back in the ring and how she would be more careful this time around.
Speaking to Chris Jericho on Talk Is Jericho, Saraya was asked who she would like to work with in AEW.
"Britt, 100%. I know she gets used a lot, but she's really good. I really want to get in the ring with Nyla (Rose). I love Sonny (Kiss). I know she's working in the male division, but I would love to work her eventually. Jade (Cargill) looks really impressive, I'm not really familiar with her wrestling style as much yet because she's so new. I'm looking forward to seeing where she goes. Jamie Hayter, I think she's fantastic. People love her. They really want her to be babyface. I'm like, 'You should really keep this going for a long time.' There are so many different women I look forward to working with," she replied.
It is unknown when Saraya will officially return to the ring.
Elsewhere during the interview, Saraya discussed WWE's interest in her to return after her contract expired and it wasn't renewed. You can find her full comments by clicking here.
