Zak Zodiac could be coming soon to AEW in some capacity.
Zak Zodiac (Zak Knight) has appeared on AEW television in the crowd to support his sister Saraya, but he has not competed on AEW television despite being a wrestler who regularly steps into the ring in the UK.
According to Saraya, Tony Khan has said he would book Zak in the US, but couldn't due to him not having a visa. Saraya took matters into her own hand.
"I would love to see my brother get his movie. There were two stories, and there was Zack," Saraya said on the Mark Hoke Show when asked what a Fighting With My Family 2 looks like. "I just got him his visa. Tony was awesome. He took the time to speak to Zack and was like, 'Do you have a visa?' 'No, I don't.' 'Well, I'd put you in a dark match right now, but you have to have a visa.' 'You got it.' He never got the opportunity in WWE. They never gave him the time of day. He did all these tryouts and they never (gave him a shot). After the movie, I feel like they dropped the ball big time with him. That could have been the ultimate underdog story right there. Years and years spent trying to make it. Now, with AEW, Tony without even thinking, was like, 'Yeah, I'll give you a dark match. Sure.' I was like, 'I'll just get him his visa.' I got him his visa, it should be here in August, which is awesome. I'd love to see his story where he finally makes it. His is an even bigger underdog story."
Saraya previously mentioned that she was hoping her family would be part of AEW when the company traveled to the UK. You can find her full comments by clicking here.
